This is the only cutter I've found that will do a decent and easy job of cutting through my homemade pizza crusts. It easily comes apart and back together for cleaning.

I got to use scissors like this on a pizza I ordered at a restaurant. They worked great. I always struggled with the rolling pizza cutters I purchased in the past. So I ordered this pair of pizza scissors and so far, so good. I’ve only used them on the small pizzas I make at home using store-bought naans but they worked much better than my rolling cutter. The first time I washed them and they came apart I was surprised, until I remembered they were supposed to do that. Makes them so easy to clean and dry. These pizza scissors would work well on softer pizzas because they tend to have less than optimal performance on crispy Italian ones. Although the blades are made of stainless steel, the rivet is not and rusts quickly if the shears are left in water for some time and then not dried immediately. But they work much better than wheel cutters because they don't scratch the pizza sheet. The blades do come apart which is a nice feature. For their low price, they are a good buy. ... show more
