I’ve now use this a ton of times making beautiful pizzas. I like that you can swivel the handle around so that it locks in place for storage, but when you need it, you can turn it back screw it in and it locks in securely. I don’t worry about the handles slipping, which is a problem that I had with a lot of other collapsible pizza peels. It’s easy to set up the pizza slip right off and it’s very sturdy. ... show more

The quality of this product feels and looks amazing, it worked great to place my sourdough in the oven. The only issue I've had so far is when I was trying to place an XL pizza in the oven and the nub near the handle got stuck on the oven rack and the pizza went sliding off, but that's on me and not the product. The box in which this arrived had a good hole at the top, but nothing inside was damaged, and this appears to be a high quality pizza peel. I’m super impressed, especially for the price! The rocking cutter wasn’t something I was necessarily looking for, but it will definitely be used, so that’s just a bonus. I haven’t actually used either yet- if anything changes, I will update the review. For the price this was pretty decent even came with this mondo pizza cutter. The only real disappointment was it didn’t come with any instructions. I assumed how it went together but some instructions to be sure would be nice. Not quite as sturdy as wood ones of course but this one stores better.
