The case is pretty sturdy and the auto-sleep function is similar to Apple's smart case, so no need to have to constantly click the lock button. The inside of the 3-piece front cover is soft, and seems to be holding up so far to the multiple bendings to make the iPad stand up. The included indent for an Apple Pencil as a holder is a nice touch, and did not actually protrude as much as we initially thought it would. Overall, the case has held up well to daily use and on top of the nice design, has been very useful with our iPad use.

So I bought this so I could start bringing my iPad to class. Works great, I didn’t feel like it was going to break at any moment. Got a lot of compliments as well. It’s so cute, I just stare at it at times. It’s a very snug fit which I appreciate, not too snug so you can’t get the iPad in though. The only thing I would complain about is the way it sits up. The magnet is in a set place so you can’t adjust the viewing or typing angle. The pen holder is on the left which bothered me because I am right handed. But not that big of a deal. Also I realized that the volume buttons are on the right which is most likely why the pen is on the left. I have a knock off Apple pen and it fits perfectly into the slot. Side note there’s a little hole on the pocket so you can get the pen out. Thought I’d share that info because I didn’t know. The sleep mode is a great feature. A pleasant surprise truly. It’s nice to not have to press a button rather just enter my code and continue on. The case is very durable and sturdy it’s definitely not breaking anytime soon. The pattern doesn’t feel cheap and doesn’t seem like it will rub off. Overall good use of 20$ It doesn’t over heat while charging and all the buttons are aligned correctly on the case.

The cover is cheaply made with very flimsy material. Ipad doesn’t sit well with it tilted. Not as structurally sound as I would like.
