This fishing line winder I so slick. I have been looking for something like it for years. In the past I have used nothing and graduated to a pencil held by my feet. I know from experience without winding the line correctly it will spool off and cause a “rat’s nest”. This winder allows for proper winding at the right tension and goes on the reel properly to eliminate rats nests or spooling off the reel. Very reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded. Unboxing the product went well. There was no damages to the packaging or box the product was in which was good. Packaging didn't appear to be opened previously which is also good news. If experience has told me anything as I'm sure many other's will agree with me when I say third-party sellers can be impossible to work with and are known to run off with your money after selling you cheap "CH1-NA" junk or rig it so you need to pay half of what the product cost to return or replace it. Luckily, this isn't the case. So, A-Plus on that! Following the Unboxing, product appears and feels functional howeve, not fully (continue reading). Here are my thumbs ups & thumbs downs regarding the product. It's adjustable feature is very helpful for bigger reels, thumbs up for that. 👍 It's exceptionally durable, thumbs up for that 👍. The product has exceptional stability, thumbs up for that 👍. The product size is exceptional, thumbs up for that 👍. The grip is awkward and is not all that comfortable to hold one handed while reeling in with the other, thumbs down for that 👎. The instructions fail to mention the loading of SPINCAST & CONVENTIONAL TROLLING reels. If you were to imagine it being there, assume the instructions will be the same for loading a BAITCASTER reel which is listed on how to load using the product. If you're wondering about a FLY reel,again, pretend that instructions for that are listed and just follow the directions for loading a SPINNING reel which is listed. The spool clamp thing that is supposed to spin as you're reeling your line in, doesn't spin at all and I've tried several reels thus far of different types and sizes. So, after mentioning all of this I give that a dissatisfied, disappointed THUMBS DOWN! 👎 Hope this helps everyone and was informational.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: this product is crazy good! The materials are solid and very well made! Will last for years, probably till I’m gone. The design is perfect for any reel and or Bobbin of line. I fish a lot and re-spool reels constantly so this is a great addition to my fishing arsenal! Get it! It’s worth every penny!

I was very disappointed in this product. Seems like a solid concept but tightening the spool is not as easy as it could be, the line does not stay taught and wraps around the fasteners. It just doesn't work. Do not recommend. UPDATE: I have to give credit to the seller. After my review they reached out and issued a refund. Here's what I'll say then, while I was not impressed by the product, I am impressed by the retailer and I will definitely be willing to buy from them again. Kiddos on the customer service.
