I actually tried to create this fringe type bottom on a black dress of mine and failed horribly so gave up and bought this. Its soft and stretchy and will be great in the summer. I like it cause its like a short dress that will show off your tan legs but the fringe gives the illusion its longer and hides upper legs flaws 😂. Wow this is SHORT in the back. I don’t even know if I’d use it for a cover up...(I bought to use as a dress so definitely having to return). I’m 5’9” 135lbs slender and this “dress” where the weave starts in the back just comes across the bottom of my butt cheeks lol. All my business out for the world to see. No thank you.
