This storage cart came out of the box in condition I would expect at a garage sale for no more that a couple bucks, bent up with chipped paint and rust spots. If it was actually new product condition, I would still only give 2 stars because of the obvious quality issues. Clearly it is not sturdy, the metal easily bent, and the paint is not good quality and poorly applied. The bottoms of the tiers are bubbly and uneven. The handle is very lightweight cheap feeling plastic. It came folded and mostly assembled, only needed to insert caps/handles in the top and the wheels. It comes with the tops of all 4 corner poles open and the option to either cap all 4 corners or cap 1 side and use the handle on the other. The wheels don't screw in, just push in but it's a tight fit so they seem like they won't fall off. It's easy to fold and unfold.

I do not recommend you purchase this item unless you can get it real cheap and the people who will be around it are careful with it. The build-quality of this item is "almost-poor". What I mean is that it seems like it will survive wear-and-tear if you are always careful with it. For example, the walls of the shelves are easy to accidentally bend out of shape. Mine also came with paint chipped (see photo). A second example is that the shelves won't open properly unless you hold both sides of the unit when opening it, and then manually pop its two side braces into place. The item's casters roll okay, but the locking mechanism on them are made of easily bendable metal, so you would be well advised not to press on them with your feet. The top of the shelves can be configured five or so different ways: You can choose to install the included handlebar on either side, in either direction, or to forego the handlebar altogether. The handlebar is functional, but has a cheap-plastic feel to it. Mine came stained. The seller includes caps for post tops that you choose not to cap with the handlebar; however, those caps are improperly sized - I will need to epoxy them into place because they easily fall out. One last important thing: All three of the shelves have wire-mesh bottoms. That wasn't apparent to me from the seller photos.

...the cart is painted metal, and there are spots where the paint is bubbling and close to peeling off (see pic). I love the design and foldability, but for the price I would expect better quality. It easily folds out, then flat again. Comes fully assembled with the exception of the handle and the casters, and it is a great height/width (30 inches high, 18 inches wide) to serve a lot of purposes in different rooms.

First. Assembly is a breeze, just open, plop the wheels where the wheels go and the plastic covers where they go and its assembled. Very simple. Something like this is incredibly useful in any room or closet. The shelf space is more than adequate for many use cases (kitchen, bathroom, laundry closet etc). The functionality is 5 stars but unfortunately there is a bit of an issue with my rack. The Paint Job arrived with flakes and rust in it. Idk if maybe mine got exposed to some weather or something but rusty and flaky paint is what I got. The Wheels are not exactly the smoothest and I HIGHLY doubt they can roll 200lbs for very long, assuming the rack itself can even handle that weight to begin with, which I also highly doubt. The rack feels fairly flimsy and I do not think it can withstand too much weight. Overall its a useful rack, but the paint job and build quality definitely left me disappointed. I will undoubtedly be able to use it but I definitely will not be loading it up with anything heavy.
