I bought the glasses a few months back when I randomly came across them on Amazon after seeing them worn by Matt Bellamy from Muse, as my cover band plays Muse and I thought it'd be a sweet gimmick. Sure enough, these glasses are a huge crowd pleaser and lady magnet (and dude magnet. These glasses don't discriminate). I wore them for two gigs and they worked amazing--easy to put in the batteries, easy to clip on my back pocket (cord is about 3ft), and easy to wear. My caveats are (1) when worn over prescription glasses, I found they slide down occasionally, especially when moving a lot. I would find quick moments between guitar chords to push the glasses back to my face. They haven't felt like they were going to fall off, though. (2) As another customer experienced, the wire where it meets the glasses frame can easily break. I threw these on before a song only to find they no longer lit up and the wire was twisted and open. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement pair, so excellent customer service. With this new pair, I'll try some gaff tape at the potential break point as a preventative measure. They feel bulky and the cord is annoying. Other than that the look is great. Three settings on the lights- on, flash, and a quicker flash. You can see the lights while wearing them, especially in the dark, but it doesn’t hamper vision too much. The flash that close to the face is a little annoying.

I wore these to Countdown NYE 2023 and let me tell you, they were an absolute hit! As soon as I walked into the venue, people were complementing them left and right. I must have gotten over 20 compliments on how awesome they looked! The battery pack was easy to conceal - I simply slipped it into my backpack pouch and enjoyed hours of glowing fun without the wires getting in the way. These are great for glow parties and an all-around novelty look. My 13 year old took these to a school glow party dance and was a hit. The glasses are sturdy and comfortable. The cord to the battery/switch box is long enough and is firmly attached at both ends. The control button to turn between modes/off is robust and you know when you've actuated it. The glasses - OBVIOUSLY - restrict vision, so you should not expect to be able to wear these out on the street and definitely not while driving. My department decorated their area as an 'End of the World Beach Rave', and I had to get these. Lasted all day with the battery pack that I attached to my outfit, and ran the cord underneath. Didn't give me any issues and it was fun to click between the settings of the lights. Very bright light as well, and you can see through the slates to walk around with them on [though I don't recommend wearing them and moving around while drunk, haha, I'm sure that can cause issues]. These are really cool outwardly like you look awesome wearing them but it’s pretty hard to see out of them because of the blinds - I was at a rave trying to use them and I felt my vision and movement were both limited due to the wire and heavy battery pack
