I purchased this on June 5th, received it June 7th, opened and try using on June 14th, it was a disaster. First, there was no CD with it and it's clear shown as being in the box. Second, My picture came out with lines on it, and when I tried to print again, nothing printed. This is the worst priner I ever had. I will be sending this back ASAP.
