I received 2 of these windows and it seems really nice. It slides well. Unfortunately one of the locks broke on one of the windows which I believe was probably from delivery. Amazon did give me a credit towards so new locks which is what I asked for. So I can’t tell you anything long term but so far is seems like a great budget vinyl window.

I would give this a 4 star review other than it was missing the piece of plastic above the window that prevents someone from lifting it out from outside. Also does not seal very good; no positive pressure when locked.

The media could not be loaded. Broken latch, first pic. Seal falling apart, second pic. Very flimsy, there is a more than 1/2” gap sideways causing the sash to come out of the track, see last video.
