Pretty amazing how simple this contraption is. Easy to install (just don't forget the grommet like I did at first... you'll have a hairpin leak otherwise). It's surprisingly accurate in terms of "aim." I've never used one of the super costly bidet toilets, but other than all the frills (like blow drying, heated seat, etc.), I can't see how they would do the job any differently than this add-on version. Activating on and off for the options works fine. The pressure lowers the nozzle, kind of like a pop up sprinkler (but in this case, down...). No batteries required! Happy with this option. Of course, my wife and son thought I was crazy. Um, why do we need this? Regardless, it's handy to have this at least on one toilet to help in those scenarios where it's needed (you know what I mean). ... show more

I’m 1000% satisfied with this product. I ordered it on the 3rd and received it on the 5th! Well packaged, arrived safely, the box contained all the parts and easy instructions. Easy to install and did NOT require any tools. No leaks! Runs smoothly and quietly and operates EFFECTIVELY! I hope more men get onboard with having a clean backside! This isn’t a female vs male issue, it’s a hygiene issue. If you’re a senior or disabled in any way, it’s a blessing! Literally no toilet is paper is required, just a paper towel to dab yourself dry. It leaves you clean as a whistle and feeling fresh. It’s hygienic and safe, the water comes directly from the same source that feeds your sink. It’s self cleaning! If you have any digestive issues or issues with impacted stool, this does the trick to easy elimination! It’s safe to use as an enema if that is required. I like the bidet. It was easy to install. The fact you don't have to plug it into an outlet is a plus, because we have no outlet close and would have to wire one in or drape the cord across the sink. That would be to dangerous. I would like to be able to have heated seat and warm water though.. However, the caveat with this bidet is it only uses cold water. Not sure I am going to enjoy that when it is deep winter and freezing out. I also like that it has a self cleaning setting. It doesn't work as well if you have a toilet riser, but you can move it forward some, so it will work. So far it has been good for both my wife and I. I would like to add that my daughter has this one and I used it at her house so she sent me the link so I could buy one. I actually bought 2, one for each bathroom. ... show more

What a great product. Should be easy to install and use. I purchase from the USA since Brexit as I live in Cyprus. Youd think Id buy from Germany but their postage is now ridiculous so I dont. The product should be very easy to fit except mine arrives with fitting for a 7/8" pipe and mine is 3/8" so I had to buy a T piece and 2 more pipes for each unit instead of the EZFit T unit that came in the box. Actually that wouldnt have worked either as the is insufficient space in between the bowl, wall and cistern for it to fit but that not the manufacturers fault. The rest of the fit is a doddle. So be careful if youre not in the USA, the fitting may be harder than you imagine. Oh. also the rear spray is all we can use, the front spray would be useful if you need to spray the walls - maybe you have larger loos, who knows. ... show more

We had another brand bidet which was fine, but the plastic control broke and we needed to replace it. We found this one and bought it. Since I had already installed one before, it was a quick job. I have to say that this one works a LOT better than the old one. The aim is better, pressure control is easier, and it simply works better.
