This products is not the easiest to assemble. Very cheaply made on the inside. Not very sturdy. The pedicure bowl is very small ok for women but men’s bigger feet and legs not so you get water all over.The vibration part to the bowl just make the whole bottom part vibrate and make a lot of noise. I’m pretty disappointed with this for how much I spent on it.

It was easy to assemble, since it doesn't recline its not that comfortable for very tall or very short people. The foot rest is a bit wobbly. But overall I love this chair!

I own a salon with jetted spas. Opening my home office to move out of salon life. Decided after careful revues read and dimensions posted in discretion of this spa I would choose it. What a mistake! It's chair is as if we're made for a child, it's much smaller in person. Base it sits on is flimsy. The pull out tub with footsy bath in it has no way to lock it into place for client leg length so it's constantly moving. The best thing about spa is the chair swivels, but the chair sits to far forward on the pedestal. All I can say is hope you like it because I contacted seller I wanted to return. There answer was you pay shipping back it was 391.00 also 20% restock fee and all parts back in original packing! They also said you'd be better off just putting it on marketplace!!!!! Don't like the companies response. Don't buy this it's not worth the money!!!

First problem is it came with no directions. Thank God my fiance was able to put it together. The construction isn't that great. It just doesn't seem solid. I thought for $1800 it would have been sturdier. I will be putting a non skid mat under it to keep it stable like other reviews had said. The massage which is more of a vibrate is nice along with the heat option. It does NOT move forward and backward with ease so I hope it isn't a problem. And the foot bath is small. Hoping it is worth the money. It is good for a small space though.
