This is my favorite mascara and I’ve tried so many! There.does require some attention when using to get the best result however. I have read complaints about the second step “filler/extender” falling off on face during wear and I’ve experienced this myself. What I’ve come to realize is the mascara itself must be moist enough for second step to adhere to lash and over time all mascaras will dry out. Tightening the mascara cap after using is first step but as product begins to dry out what do you do? My solution is to add a drop or two of sterile saline eye drops into mascara and mix well using it’s brush. The only negative thing to me is the spooly brush. I saved and use a spooly brush from a Maybelline volume express as needed ( I washed it with soap and water and keep it clean) ... show more

Worse mascara ever! The mascara itself was dry. The little lashes it comes with are awful - they stick to your face everywhere - except your lashes!! What a waste of money! I’d give it a negative star rating if I could!!

Several issues--first is that it is super clumpy on the brush. It doesn't go on clumpy but the wand doesn't come out of the tube cleanly and it takes several swipes to get it ready to use. The second issue is that the tiny fiber threads drip all over your eyes and face as you apply. They stick to the mascara well and do lengthen your eye lashes, however, I got a loose fiber in my eye and it irritated my eye enough to make it water for an hour after applying. And thirdly, it's not even close to waterproof/resistant. I went to an event and had a few tears drop, and my mascara was all over my face. So, nope, not going to work for me. I have the most sensitive eyes on planet earth and I have the most reactive skin ever. I have not worn eye makeup for years because everything irritates my eyes either almost immediately or after about two hours, and I have tried every mascara from cheap to very expensive to organic Dermatologist approved, etc. this mascara does not irritate my eyes at all whatsoever. I wore it for 11 hours and forgot that I had mascara on. It is so lightweight and it made my eyelashes look great I used the fibers and it made them look like extensions. Love!!! ... show more
