I purchased this PhotoSpring 10" WiFi Digital Picture Frame as a Christmas gift for my wife and loaded it with family photos in advance. For the price, it offers very good value — the display looks great, and the frame itself has a nice, clean appearance. We have it running all day (AC only — it does not run on battery) and it works perfectly as a display centerpiece. The setup was mostly straightforward, though one small limitation is that I wasn’t able to transfer photos directly to the frame and keep them in a specific order. I ended up using a Google Photos account to organize the album the way I wanted, which worked well once configured. Overall, this made a very nice gift. The photo quality is good, it handles videos well, and it has been reliable in everyday use. I would definitely purchase this frame again, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for an easy way to display digital photos at home or as a gift.

Super easy to set up and upload pictures. I like he fact that you can use their app, or a dedicated email to upload pictures, in the event you don’t want to download another app on your phone. Great product.

I specifically chose this frame because it advertises easy photo transfer by linking Google Photos. That is now false, but they have not amended that information in the description or product info. While you can still link Google Photos, per their customer service you can now only use Google Photos to BACKUP what is on the frame. So to get photos TO the frame, you have to manually email them or use a flash drive/sd card. I have thousands of photos... neither option is good, considering you have to continuously do this to add new photos. Very frustrating and disappointing. [returning and purchasing an Aura frame which DOES link to Google Photos] email from Photospring CS: "Google made changes to how they allow third party devices to access Google Photos albums and photos. They no longer allow direct access and syncing of albums. The information below explains the current process to use Google Photos to Backup and Sync your photos and videos to and with Google Photos."
