Initial review after putting them up: They look good are bright and the attached 3M adhesive sticks very well. The basic remote included works well but the phone app is really nice. Simple to install, connect, and use! Tips: - Clean the wall/surface before sticking them on!! Very important to get good adhesion! Don't use any cleaners that may leave a residue. - These are two (2) 25 foot rolls (as clearly shown in the pictures). However, the rolls are actually 7.5 meters, which is 24.6 feet. The total length of both strips is 49.2 feet... NOT 50 feet. Keep this in mind if you need the whole 50 feet! I nearly came up short when I was figuring I would need to cut off a few inches. - Watch the polarity when connecting the strips to the controller. The little arrow on the controller plug needs to line up with the 12v terminal on the LED strip. Look at the closest cut point; the 12v is indicated. I made a little dot with a marker on the12v edge before putting them up and connecting them. - Get some extension cables (search for "LED light strip extension cable") if you don't want to controller stuck on your wall. The controller leads are only about 6" long. If you mount the strips at top of wall the controller will be stuck to the wall just below the lights. Also the power supply brick cables are short and it will need to be stuck on the wall too... included wire length on everything is definitely too short... but at this price, I am not complaining. Extension cables were $8. - Don't let the cables/controller connected to the lights just hang. The weight will start peeling the strips off the wall! Use some 3M Command clips or something to secure to cables so they're not pulling down on the light strips. ... show more

I really like the lights, but these didn't come with instructions, so let me provide a couple of warnings: Be aware of the adhesive strip and make sure you're only tearing off the thin, glossy strip and not the whole adhesive backing. Make sure you can see exactly what you're doing so you don't ruin a 25ft roll like I did! Also, do not cut unless you are prepared to solder to another strip. Instead, form a loop when you need to adhere the lights to a corner. When the lights are on, trust me, you won't even be able to see the loop. The strips are pretty bright, so you don't want to do a whole lot of looking at them directly anyways. ... show more

My daughter saved up her money to buy this product and it never worked. ******I went to the website on the box Phopollo.com and it turns out that is not a website at all****** Straight up trash and the adhesion takes off wall paint. Not only didn't it work but now I will be repainting the wall.

Wish I could give zero stars for this junk. Only one set of lights worked, and when I took the lights down to return them the adhesive took pieces of paint off my daughters wall. So now I have to have those spots repainted when our whole house was just freshly painted. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. ... show more

I was skeptical due to the reviews, but I purchased the 50 ft roll for my room that is about 131 sq ft and it fit great. Little bit of an upper arm task to reach alone; none the less I had one side up in about 20 minutes. It has a 3M adhesion on the back that seemed to work just fine for my wall and feels super sticky. (it’s only been up for about 5 hours) I used gorilla glue tape to hang my power block on the wall to allow the lights to be higher up on the wall. Make sure you pay attention to how you plug the light into the adapter to ensure the lights are fully bright and on. My only problem is the app and remote to switch the settings or light color but it’s not too difficult. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ran it thru pvc pipe on son's bed for night lights. Works perfectly. Downloaded the app so you can set a timer when to come on and shut off. Works great.

I spent so much time putting these lights up because before i could finish the 2nd roll the 1st roll was falling (red flag)...thought it was me. Finally finished & thought ok all done...took longer than expected, only for them all to fall an hr later...so disappointed. Ive bought other LED lights and went with these because the one remote would control all the lights. These were the worse set that i bought.This was annoying. ... show more
