these are GREAT for the price. i was expecting to maybe get some flickering LED's, but instead some great LED's came in instead. really easy to install, so that doesnt matter. the remote cannot reach from that far away, but you get use to it within the first couple minutes. then.. the diy part is kinda tricky to set up. still havent found out how to, but it really doesnt matter. the jump and fade are just jumping from different colors, and fading into different ones too. if you are looking for a cheaper LED, these cannot be any better. i cannot recommend them more for your gaming setup, futuristic furniture, or even a room. just remember that you will need to keep the cables hidden and point to where you want them. they dont reflect the BEST on other materials, i have around 2-3 rows of LED's point at the floor, and like 1.5 rows of LED's on the front side at the wall. ... show more

I loved these lights so much, they were so easy to stick on my wall and they light up the room like nothing I’ve ever seen before, I’m very sad to say though after four months they have given out, the little strip piece that plugs into the actual port that connects to the wall plug is no longer working and I’m really sad about it! They are all along my walls and now I don’t know what I’m supposed to do because the lights that are stuck around my room don’t work! I’m very disappointed to say that they’ve only lasted this long considering I don’t turn them on or use them every single day so I don’t know what to do! When I originally bought these, I had a faulty strand so the company replaced them immediately. One weird thing about the remote is that if I press the power button, it also controls the projector in my room. Pressing the power button sometimes unfreezes the projector picture. The lights are great, especially in a classroom. I purchased the 40ft for around my whiteboard. They stick great on the metal frame. You can also dim the brightness and let the colors change.     • Phopollo Led Lights 40ft: Disappointing Quality, Misleading Advertising, and Short Lifespan

I recently purchased the phopollo Led Lights 40ft for my bedroom and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Firstly, upon opening the package, I was taken aback by the overwhelming toxic and nauseating odor emitted by the controller. It was so strong that it lingered on my hands for a while, making it so I had to wash them. Additionally, I noticed that the advertisement for these lights seems to have showcased a variety of different light patterns, implying a creative and visually appealing experience. However, to my disappointment, there were only a handful of light patterns available. Even worse, there was no option for multi-color patterns as advertised, which was one of the main reasons I chose these lights. Moreover, the durability of these lights is extremely poor. Within just a month of use, I noticed certain sections of the lights starting to die, resulting in uneven coloring with the lighting throughout the room. Eventually, the entire unit completely died within 3-4 months, even though I had taken the effort to professionally install it myself. All in all, the phopollo Led Lights 40ft for Bedroom have been a massive letdown. The strong and toxic odor emitted by the controller, the lack of advertised light patterns, and the short lifespan of the lights make it clear that the quality does not justify the price. Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration, as this product is not worth even 10% of what I paid for it. ... show more
