This little machine is perfect for around the house. I've had it for several months now and it's been so useful. I will say, my absolute favorite part is the translations on the icons. They absolutely crack me up (especially the "mother and son" icons). There are some things that don't print perfectly but I found it's usually very thin lines. Making the print larger has always helped. I also saw it might need to be cleaned to help that as well. Definitely easy to use and good quality for the money. It's not perfect, but it works! It was easy ti install app in my iphone and instructions that came with it was very detailed! The only thing is on certain font the printed words looks a little skippy like it is skipping as it print. But it's not that bad because I'm using it for small printed font for my eyelash cases. I love that it's pink and I can take this with me any where I go. I also like that I can create ,y labels through my phone and don't NEED my laptop. Lables print out with no problem besides certain fonts looks skippy. Worth the price so far. ... show more

Super easy to install app and use right away. The layout is a little quirky at first but once you identify the steps to get it to print operation is practical. Love the compactness of this product and the case it comes in. Great simple design for the price. I would highly recommend for basic use in your home. I really like this label maker. It’s small and there are cute label tape options. My only dislikes are the software could be a little better and aligning the label tape when you replace it takes some getting use to. I forget how far to pull it out every time and end up going through a few labels to get it right. Once it’s right, though, it works like a charm. The software is fine but could use a few ux improvements to make it more intuitive to navigate. But it still is easy enough and I like that you have more options than a basic label maker. ... show more

When trying to setup the text I had a lot of difficulty trying to get the "double click to edit the text" to go away so it would print what I wanted. As you can see in the label above part of of was still on there. I couldn't figure out what to double click. I tried tapping the red box with the text. The text stays there. ... show more

After 2 months of light use, it is now broken. First of all, it won't hold a charge. I tolerated this since I wasn't taking it around. But as of today, the labels won't move up to properly print. I'm bummed I didn't buy the insurance, but I guess it's might before the better because I think I need to find another brand. ... show more

After following instructions on how to select the correct label and size, and ensure the printer prints a blank label to align it STILL misprints labels after label after label. All attempts to align is futile. I’m almost though the first roll and got only a very few properly aligned/usable labels. Great wast of money, horrendous waste of time. No instructions available to troubleshoot alignment if instructions in package is not solving the misalignment issue. ... show more
