The Phomemo PM-2465-BT is a compact portable Bluetooth thermal label printer aimed at small business or individuals who ship packages on a regular basis. You can connect to your computer of phone wirelessly which is a very nice benefit. Things I like: Easy to use: The setup of this printer is very straightforward. You will have to pay attention to the directions; however, it is easy to install. Print speed: I love the quick prints that come out. Since there are no complex images that are produced, the image quality is not an issue and the labels come out top notch. Portability: Again, this piece of hardware takes up very little space on your desk, or even in your car. It has a solid build and a base that won’t tip over even if using it in your car. Things I noticed: • The app itself is under constant review by Phomemo and I have noticed that there can be some connectivity issues between the app and the device, especially if you have other Phomemo printers (which I have). This does not stop the device from shining though. • Will it last: I will take this with me wherever I go along with packages and see how durable this device is. Again it’s built sold and feels heft in my hands. Conclusion: The Phomemo PM-2465-BT is a convenient solution for wireless label printing with its compact design and ease of use. Make sure you read the directions and do not try to put this thing together without understanding how it works. I personally have not had any issues with this printer to date. Awful product, terrible customer support and customer service from Amazon would not stay hooked up to Bluetooth seller provides a horrible quick start instructions only printing it did is when you delete the app and reinstall the app is only chance to print.
