This harness works great for my six-month-old puppy. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because he is growing fast and he probably won’t be in it very long. It’s easy to put on and take off as it has three buckles. With a hook in two places, I can attach the leash under his neck when he’s pulling or on top (behind his head) when he isn’t pulling much, It also has a glow in the dark strip around the perimeter, which should prove helpful when we walk in the dark. It’s sturdy and he hasn’t complained yet. It’s been a great harness, especially for the price.

I bought a dog harness from this same seller before and never had any issues with it. We recently adopted our current dog and had to get him a medium sized one to fit him since our large one didn't fit. To give you an idea of his size, he's about a 50 pound medium sized smooth collie. The large harness fit a 60 pound large yellow lab. The straps are super easy to adjust. There's enough padding to fit comfortably on our dog. It's the right amount - not too much to get in the way, not too little to hurt them. I love all of the color options that are available. I got him a pretty baby blue color. There are multiple leash attachments - one on the back and one on the front. As you can see in his photo, we use a dog seat belt and connect it to the front of the harness to keep him on the back seat. Overall, this is a very nice dog harness for a decent price. This is our second one, but we still have both and the original is just fine. The handle on the back also really helps if you have a vet appointment and have to wait in the waiting room for a while.

This harness is actually very well made and solid. That said, I have a small 6 lbs chihuahua and it was too bulky for him. The top panel was fine, but the belly panel was too long and somewhat stiff. The fit was good when he was standing, but the belly panel would bunch up and push up toward his face when he sat down. It took some work to adjust all the straps, but once it was done, the fit was secure and the straps did not readjust themselves. I did not like all the buckles (3 of them), it was difficult to put on and take off with a young puppy. It may work well if your dog is calmer. I recommend this for a bigger and calmer dog. I also purchased the Eagloo Small Dog Harness to compare. It was also good quality and almost identical to the PHOEPET, except a little lighter and less bulky, 2 buckles around the torso and have to slip over the head. I ended up returning that one also because the belly panel was too long and bunch up to his face when he sat down as well.

I actually really like this harness. I bought one in size medium when we got our puppy earlier this year and he just grew out of it so we ordered him a large. We now use the medium for our other dog who needed a new one. These harnesses gir very well and adjust a lot, which is very nice. They do not shift around and stay on as they are supposed to. I really like there is a clip in the front and back for the leash. As we were training the puppy he often used the front clip as it greatly reduced how much he could pull. Very well worth the money. The only thing I do not like is if the dogs want they are able to back out of the harness. I think that this would happen woth any harness. My heeler does this at the vets office as he would much rather not go in. I do not think this is a flaw with the harness more of an fyi if your dog can be stubborn like mine. They are very easy to get on and use for walking. The padding is nice, so it isn't rubbing their skin.

This is a great harness. It's easy to put on and take off, super sturdy and stylish and made of strong material without being uncomfortable to your pet. My dog at first was using a collar but would slip out of it and I wanted something with more chest support. This provides great overall support by securing your dog. I do not like when a collar yanks a dogs neck- I want my dog happy and comfortable and secure and this is the perfect harness. I like the handle on the top in case you need to hold your dog close and theres a double security feature with the buckles- you can clip and lock the buckles but if you don't, its still super secure. This will make your dog happy! Walks are so much more enjoyable and this ensures your dogs safety by not having to worry about their collar getting stuck on something or falling off. The handle is also great for assisting your dog in and out of the car- so for any dog , especially older dogs that need help getting in/out of the car this harness is for you. I love it so much I got. matching dog booties to go with it!

The Medium fits my 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy so well and it's comfortable for him. Fully adjustable and padded. Seems like it'll last for a long time. Allows you to hook a leash on the top or the bottom. Love the color too!

I would score this product higher but the fact of the matter is that even small size for a 12lbs dog is TOO large. Your dog WILL slip out of this. The adjustments straps are simply not easily maneuverable and do not go small enough to hold my pup. He almost ran in front of car. If my pup continues to grow it may work, but for small dogs or puppies I would look elsewhere.
