**For this review please keep in mind I am Beginner at growing indoors and I only grow veggies and not cannabis.** To start with, mine arrived well packaged, all components were present, and upon testing everything worked as expected. Instructions and setup are very simple, and setting up in my 3x3x6 growing tent took maybe 15 minutes and that was because I was adding a power strip and timer to my setup. **Just a note to the manufacturer a power cable longer than 4ft , in my opinion would be better.** The light is well ventilated and does not seem to run that hot. Having the included thermometer was nice because I was able to see that if I closed up the tent all the way, the inside temp. would reach about 86 degrees. (this is with no ventilation fan, only a small fan blowing on my plants) For me this is perfect because during the winter my basement is about 55 degrees. The light output of this 1500W LED is awesome. Currently I have two pepper plants growing with the kratky method and several other pepper seedlings germinating or just sprouting and they love this light. I did have to raise the light all the way up because the leaves started to curl, I think the heat energy was too much and they weren't used to it yet. (The plants were orginally started under a 500W HPS Light). I think if I would have bought the Phlizon 600W I would have been fine, but now that my plants are more established they are thriving like crazy. **PHLIZON if you're reading this and want to sponser me a 600W I would not be sad or upset....LOL** While this review may not be technical over the specs of this particular model, overall I am extremely satisfied with my Phlizon 1500W High Power Series LED Grow Light and if my grow room ever expands, Phlizon will be on my purchase list. ... show more

    • Powerful, Quiet, Solid Metal Construction
The media could not be loaded. This light is very well made, intensely bright and runs very quietly. It also comes with a braided, stainless steel, 4-cable harness and a ratcheted, adjustable hanging assembly. The instruction booklet is clearly written. You will also find a temperature/humidity monitor that requires a single AAA battery (not included). I am impressed by the all-metal case and the fine finishing all around, including 4 brass fittings used to attach the cable harness to the top side of the light. I have been running my Phlizon 2000W light on an 18-6 hour timed cycle for the past 5 days and it has performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend this light for anyone wishing to grow their own herbal meds or vegetables. ... show more

So far it works great. We put it in room that is 8x10. Hang it in the entrance of room in angles to reach all of my house plant. I am not trying to grow plants I am just trying to store my house plants in well lid room for the winter and my plants are doing great. some even bloom even tho light is 4feet up. ... show more

Little leery because not UL listed. Makes me nervous to leave it on when I’m not home. Very bright, and warms up a 4x5 room about 10 degrees. Plant is now experiencing a little heat stress. But have had very good luck with the 600w version, and this has already doubled my harvest.

Pretty good light, great spread and strong growth. Using one in my veg room and the plants like it a lot. Using one in flower side by side with a COB and they love the combo with this. I understand this is "2000watt equivalent" i know the numbers are inflated, since its pulling only around 200 watts, but works really well and very bright. Will update review if there's more. *Update* Great results for the reasonable power consumption. Good for vegetative state, herbs like basil and rosemary dig it. Excellent warranty service too, after a few emails they were able to resolve my issue. ... show more

This was my first 1500w Led light. I have since purchased 2 more from different manufacturers just to see the differences. I have been using this light for about 6 months now, and its done really well. There was definitely a learning curve with light distance from plants, a few were damaged. I have found that keeping the light around 4ft above seedlings/clones, 3ft above small plants, 2ft right before flower, then 1-2ft above for flowering has worked well and kept the plants from "too much light" strain. Worked well alone in a 4'x4'x6'h tent. It runs a little warm compared to the others, but its one of the brightest and quietest. ... show more

I got mine yesterday and have been really impressed so far. I cant account for long term use just yet but as for quality packaging and product at first impression, I can say a few things. I was actually impressed when I got it. I wasn't even expecting as much as I received. the packaging seemed it was just shy of bullet proof lol but it shows they care about getting you the product intact. The light did function when I tested it as well as blinding my wife and daughter for a good thirty minutes. Some reviews complain about the fan noise but its not as noticeable as my running AC and its basically white noise in the background. Also it has an expensive feel to it in terms of quality but yet very reasonably priced. Overall I'm very impressed so far and WILL be buying more of these. I bought this light along with a tent to grow some tomatoes and peppers as a hobby with my daughter ... show more

I love phlizon lights have been my go to for led lights but noticed today my light only had 3/4 of the led's working I have not used this light for that long and have only had it about a year. I have 3 other led lights from Phlizon and they always come through good for me and on the price but I am only about a year in on using them and hope the other lights I have continue to perform well. In conclusion the lights are great but I. Not happy one of the lights I got is not working when it's not that old. ... show more
