The bike is good until you need to replace something then getting the replacement part is a nightmare. Wail you get the bike through Amazon all replacement parts come from philodo in China. I've been waiting for almost a month for a new controller that was supposed to take no more that14 business day to arrive. This was a gift for my wife and I have to say it; She absolutely loved it, and me too. It is better than described. It was pretty easy to assemble it. She is having the time of her life. 100 % recommended. (Update) The E bike is all what we were expecting for, however, after two weeks of use, I got a flat tire three times, so I got to the conclusion that it comes with very poor quality tires. I love this bike. I got this bike for my daughters. I have a lvl 1 autistic child and a healthy 2 year old they are my world. I struggle to keep up with both of them due to me and my wife rotating to care for them without daycare. I'm fit and healthy, but parenting takes a toll on my mental health and body. I picked this bike to get my children out of the house. It's only been 1 day and I managed to travel around my local counties. My 6 year old loves this bike and I'm sure she will be asking to travel on this beast everyday. Family friendly, great milage with dual batteries. Uphill passed the recommended 35 degree angle still powerful at 12-18mph depending on the incline. I'm impressed tbh. I'm surprised this bike doesn't have anymore rating. The welder that set the frame needs more work, but it's just cosmetic...idgaf....sorry for the language, but the hardware and battery functions are all that matter. This bike turns heads and can carry 450lbs. (Caution! Your kid need to understand he needs to keep his feet on the pedal stand provided while riding in the rear. This isn't a joke passenger needs to know to have feet on provided resting pedals. I had a close call with my autistic child, but learned after that near miss. Real easy to assemble.
