The media could not be loaded. I was reluctant to get this soundbar because of the few reviews available online and because I recently purchased two other brands (Sony then Samsung) that I didn't like and had to return. With 3.1 channels and 600 Watts this soundbar delivers a great sound quality and a powerful bass from the wireless subwoofer. It is easy to install and comes equipped with all the bells and whistles of the more expensive soundbars, such as wifi, Alexa and Google support, Spotify, and is provided with a quality built and powerful wireless subwoofer. The soundbar supports DTS:X as well as all Dolby formats including Vision and Atmos. For this to work you need to connect the soundbar to the TV using high speed HDMI 2.1 cable and adjust the TV audio to "pass through". To test Atmos I played Top Gun Maverick on Paramount+ and the sound was great with some decent Atmos effects. For a $199.00 I am quite content with this purchase. I recommend it for anyone looking for excellent audio experience at an affordable price. ... show more

    • Disappointing ☹️ Sound Quality
The vocal sounds were muffled for most programs. The sub was fairly weak. Very difficult to find a setting where the full sound was decent. Maybe some could bare it for the price but if you crave true full enhanced movie and music audio this soundbar isn’t for you.

Together you have great sound. The volumes work independently from each other which is nice. Super easy set up. The bar by itself still sounds decent but nothing like it does together.

I have tried several soundbars and subwoofers from Sony, Samsung, and LG, but I have to say, this one really stood out in terms of sound quality for both music and movies. The bass control is excellent, Highly recommend it!

    • Great for the price (Don't bother using Play-Fi)
At $200 it's hard to be disappointed. The sub is a bit weak, and you don't get much channel separation (the latter is an issue with any soundbar) but it's far better than TV speakers. The remote feels really well-built compared to my Sony Bravia remote. The Play-Fi app is unusable, don't even bother trying. You can do a firmware update in Philips Sound if you really want to, but the Play-Fi app will not connect as proven by nearly every review on the Play Store. ... show more

    • Fantastic soundbar
The was easy to setup, pairing with my Samsung tv and Roku. All sounds are great especially the subwoofer. Make sure anything attached to the wall is secure because this thing rocks.
