Best in category. I tried all of the in home swing trainers and all have there pros and cons, but Phigolf is the winner for me. I started out testing Phigolf, Tittle x, and Trugolfs home swing studio. Both the tittle x and trugolf run off of the e6 software which honestly looks pretty bad running on an iPad Pro. Phigolf has 2 options, it’s proprietary software that offers various training, driving ranges, and several courses to play. All look much better, and play stutter free compared to what e6 was offering. They also offer several tournaments against real life players that offer amazon gift cards to the winners and a random entrant, which adds a little bit of excitement to playing. Add in the WGT software at an amazing price of only 1.99 a month and you have plenty of variety to play with. I must give props to Phigolf for there design of the swing stick and sensor. The swing stick has a great look and a fairly decent grip. The best part is the feedback you get with a double click on where the contact takes place and when you stop your swing. Compared to the other 2, it’s quiet enough that I can play early in the morning or late at night and not wake up my family with a loud click. Finally the accuracy of the sensor. Phigolf has done a great job of developing this sensor and it shows. On both the tittle and trugolf, I would get some random drives that would fly 350 yards, while phigolf has been pretty consistent with what I hit in real life (275 max). The putting actually works. My only real gripe is not really a gripe, But the Apple TV app was not fully functioning as of this writing. They did announce that an update is coming in the near future, but once it comes it will be great to get a full screen experience without the small sidebars when I airplay to my tv. Well done Phigolf. Recommending this to all of my golfing friends and looking forward to keeping my swing going in the cold winter months. And especially now with being quarantined. ... show more

This has been more amazing than I could have imagined! My whole family uses it. From my 6 year old up to myself and my husband. It turns into game night for us because we can compete against each other throughout the course. My husband likes to take it with him because it hooks up to his phone so he can practice wherever he goes. He takes it to his friend’s houses for guys night. It will also mirror from your phone to a tv to make the screen bigger. You get the noise of your swing so you can hear how loud you would hit the ball. It’s perfect for teaching younger kids hand placement and putting. There are so many options for courses! Don’t pass this up! ... show more

Hands down the Phigolf simulator is a no brainer purchase. I have been searching for a golf sim and have considered spending a LOT more money on a SkyTrak or Memo. I am so glad I did not! Phigolf works beautifully. I received it yesterday and after getting it setup (took 10 min) I played round after round for three hours! It is too much fun. I think the reason some people are having latency problems is their phones are too slow. This software in loaded and executed on an Android phone or iPhone, not a computer. You have to setup screen sharing of your phone screen to your tv which does have some latency but not enough to spoil the fun. I personally think the accuracy is fine. It's not going to have the same precision as a $2000 SkyTrak but it simulates my swings fine. The only con I can find is when playing on the WGT courses, putting is very bad. The Phigolf courses work better. You can setup a "concede" circle for putting and it works great. NO golf simulator does a good job with putting. Not even the very expensive ones. So do yourself a favor and buy one of these. You will forget about shelling out two grand for a SkyTrak. ... show more

I have had a lot of fun using this simulator. I am shocked how accurate the sensor is and how that translates into the game. I have found the practice range on the Phigolf app great to train with (when I can't be outdoors at a range or course). It tracks stats like club swing speed, angle of attack and a few others. There is a bit of a learning curve to figuring out how to putt and get the sensor to pick up that you are ready to swing, but once you get the hang of it there is no issues. Phigolf app is not as good as the WGT app so I spend most of my time in the WGT (which you can access from inside of Phigolf app) unless I want to hit at the range. I 100% recommend spending the $2 per month otherwise I don't feel like you would have enough courses and tournaments to keep you entertained longer term. So beware that you will need that. I am not sure how the purchased/rented clubs work in the app, but I do not think you need to pay to play and have fun and work on your swing. Multiplayer works well online and I am able to play with people I know. That being said, this is probably better used as a pass and play game unless you know someone who has it and you can face off against them directly. I was not having much luck finding other opponents through the search system. Overall, I would recommend if you are comfortable spending the money on this type of simulator vs the other options out there. I think this works great in the sense you don't need to hit a ball and works in a relatively small amount of space. You also need to be able to hook up your phone/tablet/Chromebook or whatever you play on to a TV to really enjoy the game. ... show more
