The only issue with the product was not receiving the Table trays with the cup holders and cell phone slots as advertised. This is a decent, but overpriced, outdoor lawn chair. The padding is more than adequate. I could easily fall asleep in the Zero G position. The canvas material seems top quality but I won't really know until I can use it over time. I really wanted this chair with an adjustable shade on it. The sun here in Arizona is brutal nine months out of the year. So having some shade over your head makes it bearable to be outside to watch the grandkids sporting events. I bought this one because it came up as a good deal on Prime Day. I should have waited. I was impulsive and reacted out of trying to save money. This chair is very difficult for a big guy (6ft 3in 260lbs), with 2 replacement knees, to get in and out of. Now before you start saying I was probably over the weight capacity on the chair, WRONG! I double checked before I purchased the chair and it's weight limit is (300lbs). So that's not it. When you start to get on or off, the chair tips forward and makes you feel like you are going to get thrown off this bucking bronco. It does have a nice side tray for your drink, book, etc. except there were NO instructions with the chair. I have no idea how the darn thing is supposed to stay on! Every time I think I have it attached, the slightest bump or movement and the tray falls off. So: No instructions on how to mount the side tray. No instructions on how to unfold the gosh darn thing and put it into any position other than the Zero G. You can put into a regular chair position, but as soon as you sit on the chair it will either lay out flat or dump you forward. No instructions on these 2 latches (1 on each side - See pic) and how to use them or what they are for. Hopefully it will be a long lasting, quality chair. When you’re reclined, your weight is evenly distributed and the full seat is suspended by bungee cords. It’s extremely comfortable. Perfect length, my feet just hit on the footrest, I’m 5’7”. The locks on the sides of mine don’t work. That doesn’t really matter bc it doesn’t freely swing. Reclining is controlled by pushing the armrests. It’s not the easiest to get up & out of. You basically have to start to fold it up to get out, it’s not pretty. But it’s very comfortable & cost alot less than the other chairs. The side tray is useless. The headrest is comfy & can be moved wherever you need a cushion or extra support. UPDATE: It seems the sliding action under the arms at frame & lock (see pic) were stuck where they slide back & forth reclining the seat separately from the frame, which has changed the whole experience of the chair. They must’ve worked themselves loose with use. Now very easy to get in & out of! Both locks work. The tray is usable since the seat slides freely & frame stays folded open separately but has to be removed to fold up to store. Still very comfortable. I love this chair! I bought it to watch games on tv outside so being able to move in & out with the fluctuation of the game is great. It’s supportive & firm-now that the kinks are all worked out. So if it will only recline when you open & close the whole frame & the locks don’t work, check the slide action under the arms. ... show more

This is not a zero gravity chair. The chair can not hold the weight of your legs or feet without it being noisily forced down notch by notch to an upright position. Your able to have only 2 positions. Fully reclined or sitting up with you feet on the ground. Any other position will be a constant battle with you at the loosing end.
