I love these swivel chairs, they are so much fun in my yard. The assembly of these outdoor dining set is easier than I imagined. The instruction clearly describes how to assemble them. Although it took a little time, the it's good value for money and nothing is damaged, it is very worth buying. Seller worked well with us to replace the table that had arrived scratched. Chairs were in great shape. Like the design. Of course shipping companies these days to not do well with merchandise anymore. USPS, FedEx, UPS all the same. The product is very well built and the directions are fairly easy to follow if you can use pictures instead of words. I had no problems since that is kinda easy for me. Also, they give you a few extra parts as well and the tools to put them together with are included. ... show more

Update: I was able to get the table a bit less wobbly by using a tool we had to tighten the screws. The included tool didn’t fit as well.. but lucky the one we had did. Good looking table. Found it to be a bit wobbling after setup- not ideal for a paver patio (as it’s a bit hard to make any table super stable as it is)- but I used felt stickers to even it out- and much cheaper than other larger tables I found. So we bought two to set next to each other. It’s under a gazebo- so hopefully it holds up well to our Oregon weather. Easy assembly- only one screw wouldn’t fit all the way in. But overall happy. Currently waiting on the 2nd table to arrive... ... show more

I know this is supposed to be a product review, but I can't say enough good things about the company Phi Villa. The patio set was sent in 3 packages, the table came earlier than the chairs, which was fine. Amazon marked the set as delivered, so I reached out to the company just to make sure that the chairs were still coming. I received an answer in less than 24 hours with tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes, which came several days later, all within the expected delivery range. When I unpacked all of the boxes, I found that the table was cracked. My message was once again answered in less than 24 hours. Once I sent pictures of the damage, they sent me a new table, without the burden of returning the old one. I ordered this set on January 27 and the entire issue has been resolved to my satisfaction as of February 19. I am just so pleased with the level of customer service. And so now to the product - it is a perfect size for my little lanai, and the chairs are very comfortable. The table is very sturdy. I'm sure I will have this set for many years to come. ... show more

We received 3 tables before we received one that didn’t have a crack in the table Top. I would also have preferred sturdier chairs. I would suggest not leaving it out in winter for fear of snow being too heavy for the table top.

This is very easy to assemble. This is our 2nd one. Only issue was damage was done to one corner of the table, but there was no obvious damage to the packaging. They even put extra padding on the corners, so I can only assume the damage was done before it was packed. I haven’t contacted the company about this issue because it isn’t a BIG deal, just not perfect. ... show more

Was horrible to assemble. Screw hole did not line up - the table was easy to put together, the chairs were very difficult. Seller contacted me and offered a $72 credit if I modified my revise and send pictures — which I did but never receive any credit. They keep asking me to review again and send video. I finally gave up. No credit just blab blab blab. ... show more
