Awful product and even worse customer service. The chairs are ugly in person and not sturdy at all when sat on. You could wiggle the whole thing with one finger. The whole thing is poorly made and so uncomfortable to sit on. I went to return and now they are saying I’m responsible for the cost to ship back although it said free returns when I purchased. I’ll be taking this up with amazon and/or disputing the charge on my credit card. I would NEVER recommend this item or buying from this company ... show more

    • Very nice for price, holes don’t line up as well as they should

These stools were perfect for my space, comfortable for a backless stool and look nice. Very well packaged and seem sturdy and generally good quality. Dinged a star for assembly - not all holes lined up as well as they should. Frame was not too bad but a couple screws needed some effort. The seats have 6 screws and I only could use 5 on one because the last was so far off, maybe 3/4 inch. Appeared the slotted tab on the frame and the metal fitting in the seat were each off in opposite directions. The big slots allow some adjustment but the heads on the seat screws are barely big enough to catch the tabs (washers might be a good idea.) So it’s a little fussy to get it all lined up while still keeping the seat looking square on the base. ... show more

I had wooden bar stools that the legs cracked and they were so wobbly so after reading the reviews I decided to try these. They were so easy to assemble and when u sit on them they are very comfortable. I am very happy with these and plan on buying 2 more. Very sturdy and I’m not afraid to put my feet on the bar with these lol. I definitely recommend these. ... show more

    • Uneven Seller blames assembly, Metal shavings falling out, total junk. Seller is hard to deal with.

When I opened the packaging, hundreds of tiny black pieces of metal covered my floor. I cleaned those up but more seemed to be coming from inside of the pieces as I assembled the stools. I ordered the grey and the color and feel is great--- not too hard or soft when sitting on. I am very disappointed as these stools are not even and wobble, despite having built them 3+ times. I have tested them on my wood kitchen floor, bathroom tile, and granite counter tops and they are still uneven. One is much more uneven than the other and I suppose one could place layers of felt on the bottom to make it even but would not look flattering. ... show more
