This piece is so easy to assemble and the quality is immediately noticed upon unboxing. The only thing I would be careful of is not to over tighten these tiny hinge screws as they are pretty easy to strip if not. However, you can easily replace them with slightly larger screws, but not necessary.

    • Love the look but had a couple minor issues to assemble

First off, I love the look, it's a lovely accent piece without being too shouty. It's sturdy and holds lots of stuff. I had a couple things that went wrong during assembly. First, one of the holes for the magnetic latches was incorrectly drilled (way out of line from the others) and they aren't particularly strong (or maybe the pre-dilled holes are just too far back). I bought 2 slightly larger magnetic catches that have more play in the back/forth, drilled a new hole and they work great. Second, the hole for one of the knobs was not fully drilled so the screw could not extend to the other side thru the knob and it kept falling off. I drilled a deeper hole and it works fine. So, nothing major but if you don't have a drill you'd have to get creative in fixing these minor issues. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Right side of the door came cracked and doesn’t close properly either. Difficult to assemble as well. Beautiful accent cabinet otherwise just not worth the price of $199. This is more like $100. Definitely over priced.

There were a lot of steps to put it together and the instructions we a little confusing but with some critical thinking it was easy to finish. It's beautiful and I love it in my living room full of board games I need to play.
