Seems to help my osteoarthritis in my hands. I rub a generous amount on them concentrating where I have the most pain (in my fingers). Seems to provide some relief. Less pain & a little more flexibility. Needed to reapply especially after washing hands.

It works okay. Maybe something is really wrong with my knee but the relief is only minimal. I've been using it about two weeks and it does help, just.. not much. For context my knee hurts all the time, whenever I use or move it in any way and sometimes when I don't move it. There's a hard knot on the front of my right knee and that's the one I used this one for. So maybe it works for something less... Structurally wrong?

I've been a nurse for 40 years, a registered nurse I've tried multiple different products including ibuprofen, steroids , and this is the most helpful product I've ever used to relieve muscular aches and pains ... it also has stopped the arthritis pain in my big toe to the point that I'm not going to have the surgery I was planning to have ....a year ago the doctor said there's no getting around having surgery for this!!! It was An inconvenient time for me to try to have the surgery. However every time I've use it , it adds to the relief - so over time it decreases the problem. . now I don't even use it on that toe! but I have knee problems and wrist pain and I'm actively using it for that...Im very thankful for this product - the main ingredient is camphor... but somehow massaging it into the tissues works .. it just works! less $ than a copay for a doctor's office I'm going with this product.
