I really like these pillows. I bought them because they were waterproof and I wanted to use them with my outdoor furniture. I realize that most pillows come, vacuum sealed, But when they came, I thought they were super thin. I was a little disappointed. I put them in the dryer, medium low heat For about 15 minutes and they fluffed up very nicely. They’re very comfortable. I wouldn’t say they provide a lot of support. I would use them more for decorative options, but they’re definitely comfortable. I think the lumbar is fluffy To provide support The sizes are just describe one of my packages come with the wrong size, but I’m reaching out to the company to maybe replace that ... show more

These I purchased for the outdoor patio. And the pillow covers or the same size as the inserts.I purchased. F y I, by at least two size bigger inserts. The good news is, I feel like they will stay clean and not get musty even if they do get damp outside because of the type of phil that is used. Wish these were thicker, very flat and saggy. Covers made for this size pillow are fitting loosely due to pillow lacking filler.

Waste of money. Do not purchase. The pillows do not fluff up much at all and are very thin. They do not fill out a 20x20 case at all. UPDATE: The seller told me to put into the dryer on high heat for about 10-15 minutes and they fluffed up a lot!

Not what is described or shown in pictures. Do not buy! Bought two sets of 20x20 inserts for my 18x18 pillows. Had to return. What came were inserts so thin and flat they did nothing to fill my pillows. Certainly not full and firm like the photos shown. The directions say to fluff but there is so little filling there is nothing to fluff. Save your money and order elsewhere. ... show more
