Works great! Being able to use V6 nozzles on my AD5M really opens up a ton of possibilities. Thing has a serious heater too, Phaetus support said it's 88w. It has no issue getting up to 295c with Klipper modded on the printer, 300c is the ceiling due to the thermistor. I recommend picking up a pair of TIG welding gloves (they're like $12) and a 7mm nut driver, makes nozzle swaps SO much easier and you'll never burn yourself. Haven't had any clogs yet, fits perfectly, and is very durable. Overall, just buy it—it's well worth it.

It works great and can make it easier for anyone to use it although I think there are some bugs and little issues like the error that hold it back the reason I got on was to test my diamond tip nozzle to see if it work with the printer and it work really well and the pint quality was perfect and with time I’m sure it can be a great product Also it would be nice if they can sell the sock separately in case it breaks or is unusable.

This nozzle has been working great for me. I am printing pacf6 and getting great detail because of the .4 size, since FlashForge doesn't offer a .4 hardened steel nozzle. This is a great deal. My prints look better, are stronger, and it's been working fine since I installed it. I will buy again

Definitely not worth the price of an original flashfordge hotend. Calibrated it twice before I even made first print. It had some spotty marks that look burnt. Very stringy prints with different filaments. Not as bad as some of the other aftermarket ones.

Awesome awesome awesome hotend, not sure how much input arkfly had into this hotend but I Owen two other regular conch hotend from phaetus but this one seems to get hotter quicker and and when combined with the silicon carbide nozzle prints soo quick smooth my prints have been finishing up 1+ hours faster than the expected time.

I was really hesitant to buy this one with all the negative reviews, but I thankfully didn't have any issues with it. I wanted to make sure I came to add another "good" review in case someone else out there is on the fence. This nozel worked just fine for me. I actually got it because I suspected my OEM 0.4 Nozzle was messed up since I was having trouble with tpu prints. After plugging this one in and doing the calibration, it printed just fine! So it could be my old hotend was broken, or this one is just better. I have printed tpu and petg with this so far and had no issues EXCEPT for when I don't do leveling before the print. For whatever reason, I did come up to see it had dug a line in my build plate, but ever since doing leveling each time, I've had no issues. Definitely do the hot tighten on the Nozzle like they suggest, and make sure you level it out every print.. I haven't had any issues or clogging with it. This is 100% worth a shot if you don't mind watching your printer as you get used to the new hotend. I think this will be my new hotend/Nozzle company going forwards.
