I am extremely pleased with the quality of the tackling dummy! My 10yo and his football friends have been abusing this thing for about a year now and it has held up remarkably well! The seams are all intact, the zipper is sturdy! It looks exactly as I did the day I gave it to him!! One thing to note, the dummy comes without stuffing, but that IS listed in the listing and it made it easier to hide before Christmas so it wasn't a problem! I cut up some old sheets, junk towels and pulled the stuffing out of a bunch of old pillows to fill it and it worked perfectly! (filling is fairly cheap to buy though so that's not really necessary, I just thought it made more sense if I was throwing those things away anyway) Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper option on a tackling dummy! ... show more

The durability is great! It looks good and the size is what he needed for the Functionality of what he was looking for to work right. The weight depends on what you want to stuff it with. I did a weighted blanket for the bottom and blankets the rest of the way throughout. I got this for a tackling dummy for my boys who are really into football. I was a little disappointed that it showed a boxer on it (instead of just a generic athlete), because that doesn’t make it seem super versatile like the listing does. There are handles on both sides so you can have someone hold it while someone else is hitting it or tackling it. The thick, durable material feels like it can handle plenty of rough play, which is perfect for energetic kids practicing their tackles. There was no packaging (just clear plastic), so it’s not super easy to gift — though that doesn’t matter too much for me in this case. Instead of buying padding, I got it to fill with their old stuffed animals—an eco-friendly and sentimental way to give those toys a second life! They are almost too big for their stuffed animals, but not ready to let most of them go. The design is sturdy and will probably hold 30 animals or more. I got the idea because the description says you can fill it with clothes. This is a great way to grow up their room a bit without making them give up toys they aren’t ready to let go of. ... show more
