This is by far the best umbrella I ever owned. Easy to open/close and a great unique handle to hold. The fact of not having a wet, dripping umbrella to carry around is awesome! I have used it several times and received many complements as well. I would definitely buy this product again.

I don't want my money back. I don't want to go through the process of getting any sort of exchange or refund. What I want is people to know how bloody awful this product is, and to just move on to another brand. Both umbrellas wouldn't even open. When I managed to pry one of them to unfold, I discovered there was nothing to keep it open, and it snapped back rather violently. A lesser person would have lost an appendage.
