I researched what I thought would be the best umbrellas for the money and my decision turn out wrong. This umbrella worked well until I used it in a medium heavy rainstorm. Within a half hour my hair and clothing were soaked from water dripping from inside the umbrella. I'm very disappointed and would return it if the return window weren't closed.

This is by far the best umbrella I ever owned. Easy to open/close and a great unique handle to hold. The fact of not having a wet, dripping umbrella to carry around is awesome! I have used it several times and received many complements as well. I would definitely buy this product again.

I don't want my money back. I don't want to go through the process of getting any sort of exchange or refund. What I want is people to know how bloody awful this product is, and to just move on to another brand. Both umbrellas wouldn't even open. When I managed to pry one of them to unfold, I discovered there was nothing to keep it open, and it snapped back rather violently. A lesser person would have lost an appendage. Dear consumer, stay away!
