This is a generally well made product that operates very smoothly behind a bicycle. I have one complaint, that is with the floor of the unit. It is made of a brittle plastic corrugated product that fractured when I dropped something a bit heavy on it. With some effort, I removed the floor, split the sewn seam and replaced the floor with a thin piece of underlayment that I painted to provide some water resistance. Sewing it back together was difficult. I sewed some 1.5 inch ribbon on the end before I sewed the seams together. Much better now and confident that it will hold some good weight.

I was happy with the ease of assembly. Material seems decent, weight is not too heavy. Stability is on the ok side, wheels don't wobble. Folding the carrier up is really easy. Only grievance I have, one of the rear reflectors arrived broken. So hopefully I can get a replacement. Or just move the intact one on the street side. I plan to put bike lights on the back to have more visibility when riding at night time.

Only gripe I have was the rod that goes on top to brace the walls, the pin holes were off while assembling it. But it held my rat terrier easily. Strapped to the harness less likely to paw at the mesh windows. I could easily pit my pomchi in there too if they got along better.

First it didn't come with a connector that fit the screw on the rear tire. Second, we took 1 trip around the neighborhood, and within minutes the tire ate through the bag. The bars should have been high enough to avoid that from happening. Its lucky that it didn't hurt my dog. Very disappointed.

Looks great when it comes out of the box, but that’s about it. Setup was easy. Tires were worn and replaced in less than a month. After about 5 months, the bracket holding the trailer arm had rusted and broke off due to cheap tack welds. Had the bracket been welded properly instead of tacked, I doubt it would’ve ever been an issue. Otherwise it holds a fair amount of weight. The material could be better like nylon rip-stop instead considering it is for dogs. Overall.. I’d consider other options if possible. But under basic normal use it’ll be fine. Daily use, not so much.
