We took a trip this summer and needed a crate for the dog while we went swimming at the hotel or were at dog free family’s house. This worked extremely well, we folded it down and set it up quite a few times on the trip, it is lightweight but impressively sturdy for what it is. It probably wouldn’t stand up to a panicked or determined escape, but no jail breaks were attempted so I can’t say for sure. My dog took to it pretty well after I “hid” treats in there in different areas to get him in willingly several times. We also put the cushion from his crate in it so it would smell like home. Product is great for dogs. Very easy to fold and assemble and close. Material is great. I have a 15 lb 7 month shitzu poodle, and got one of the bigger crates. The only con I have is due to the fact that my puppy was able to chew through the mesh somehow to escape. I don't recommend if your dog is an escape artist or a chewer because biting through the mesh is fairly easy (or at least for my puppy). I do recommend this crate though for the non-chewers. It's great, easy to clean inside if puppy has any accidents. Good colors to also choose from and very sturdy. I don't think it's meant for traveling though. Like: Black mesh makes it dark and cave like. Like/Dislike: I find it sturdy enough to be in living room but I don't move it around a lot. Dog goes in happily when she wants cozy spot. But generally prefers her larger Metal crate so she can see us, too. Good value. Large size fits my dog well.

We adopted a 6-8 year old 14 lb dog shortly before going on vacation to the beach. We needed a way to separate him from our existing dog on the car ride and give either of them a place to retreat. This was perfect! Lightweight yet sturdy, has handles in case we needed to carry it, top or side entry. We put his bed in the bottom and he was very comfortable on the back seat of the car. We could have gotten a smaller carrier but wanted the option to use it for our 18 lb, much taller, dog as well if needed. We won't be using it as much in the future so very happy it folds down.
