Okay SO you will need a drill if you want to attach the top part that opens and closes. You will also need a drill to attach the feet if you don’t want them falling off when you move it. It was easy to assemble all by myself but my roommate still needs to drill the remaining screws. This was absolutely perfect for my puppy and I think it’s ideal with the top off or up and opened so she won’t feel so closed in. I bought a chew resistant cord so she can’t get out which works great! I put a washable waterproof blanket folded up for the bottom to lay on as a bed and so far no accidents! She has plenty of growing room too. She’s a pitbull and I’m attaching some pictures. I’m happy I bought this! 😄 ... show more

Got it for my two small rabbits. Perfect size - lots of room for both of them to even hop around inside. Low enough that they can jump onto the top (as rabbits do). And unfinished so safe for them to chew on (as rabbits also do). Very happy with this purchase!!

Cage was easy to put together and much nicer than the old metal one we had. It looks much cleaner where the cage sits now. I have one Chihuahua that seems to like it. One thing I was concerned about was being able to clean it. But most of the dirt makes it way through the wood cracks in the bottom to be swept up and if I need to the bottom just sits on the bottom of the cage so it makes it easy to clean if need be. My Chihuahua got sick and scratched up the inside a little trying to get away from a little bit of of a mess she made. It's not noticable from the outside the scratches which is nice. We found a dog bed that fit in the cage perfectly at a local store and it covers the whole bottom except fo about an inch around all the sides. I took one star off because I'm not a huge fan of the door latch. It has a little bit of play in it so when you go to lock it, it will sometimes miss the lock hole on the outside. Easy fix is to just guide it with your other hand as you close it. ... show more

We love this cute dog house! It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy. Puppy seems to like her little home well enough. My only complaint is that it did smell very bad for a few days. I received my order and put the dog house together. Overall the construction of the material was good. The hinge for the roof was broken upon receipt. I emailed the company like the card inside the box advised, only to have it returned as undeliverable. I would like this piece replaced, but unsure if that is going to happen.
