We use this unit for our dog facility to help santize the air and keep the dogs healthy from airborne diseses. We use this unit multiple times a day and have loved it. We ran into some issues with it and reached out to customer service and Anne was incredible help, quick to respond and help us trouble shoot our issues. Fantastic product. Bought in 2020 and it’s worked great all this time. Now out of normal wear and tear the hose tore. I called and spoke to Christina in their customer service and she was exceptional helping me solve through the issue. I’ve called to learn how to use it when I first bought the fogger and had amazing service back then as well. It’s great to see a company that not only has an excellent product but also stands behind it with high support.

This sprayer does NOT spray if the wand is above the level of liquid. The company website claims a solution for this problem is to disassemble the wand/hose assembly and verify the hose which feed the fluid is not kinked. The hose was NEVER kinked so this was NOT the problem - tried this several times too! And there is a video link below this “solution” that plays nothing. I am past my return time because ai purchased this and was unable to use because I had unexpected surgery. Very unhappy with this item.
