I really wanted to like this product, but I don’t. The pillow has good shape, but lacks proper height in the neck area and therefore doesn’t offer the needed support. It needs to be a tad bigger and more firm. Will be returning.

This pillow was beautiful in the promo image on Amazon and it was even more beautiful when it arrived at my door! It fluffed on its own right out of the box and didn't take long to do so. Although the pillow looks as if it does not have a cover on it, the beauty that you see, IS the cover, and does come off. There is a long enough zipper on the back of the pillow to remove the cover when it's time for you to wash it. The pillow is extremely soft and plush... so much so, that your head sinks into it when you lie down on it; and when you lift your head from it, it immediately fluffs back up into position. It's large enough for you to move around on during your rest, so no waking up finding your head on the bed instead of your pillow. I have also sat with the pillow behind my back and my back was comforted by the plushness of it. I have slept on this pillow now for 4 nights, and after the first night's sleep, I got up the next day and surprisingly felt noticeably better. BUT, each night thereafter, no matter how I slept (side, back, tummy), the pillow just wasn't settling comfortably in the areas it had on the first night. I don't know what that means, but I have to admit that I have gotten up with even more pain in my neck than before. I am going to give this pillow a little more time (maybe a month) to see if I can find a perfect position and feel the same reprieve from my neck/shoulder pain as I did after the first night. Because it's such a beautiful and comfortable item, I am giving it 4 stars, although at this time I cannot say that it is doing anything more than just looking beautiful on my bed. In all honestly, I plan on purchasing 4 more of these for other bedrooms in my home. With the plushness and softness alone, I know my family and guests would appreciate finding one on their bed. ... show more

I've used this product for a while and I must say that although it does sort of help, it takes some getting used to as it's not your typical pillow and your body may not adjust to it properly. At first, it felt a bit off but after some time, it seems to have helped with my neck pain.

I gave this pillow 4 stars not because it was fantastic for me but because I think it will be great for someone else....I'll explain. As I've gotten olden my body has decided to be very particular in the way that it sleeps. I have noticed that most mornings I wake up with a stiff neck and a sore back. I have been on the search for a pillow that will alleviate those problems. I thought this pillow looked promising but alas the search continues for a pillow that will work for me. The positives of this pillow...I like the "ramp" that cradles my neck. The center hole I think is perfect for side sleepers, so your ear doesn't get squished all night long. The side arm rests I think are also the biggest benefit for side sleepers. It raises the arms just enough to make it comfortable and keep the blood circulation going. I also appreciate that the cover can be removed from the zipper in the back and washed. And now to the negatives...unfortunately the white "wings" protrude a little too far towards my body and hit my shoulders which makes my head come out of the center position. I am a back sleeper and while this pillow does keep my head still, I think it keeps it a little too much in a fixed position. When I first laid down on this pillow I thought it was pretty comfortable so I had high hopes but throughout the night the memory foam seems to harden which makes the pillow firm and uncomfortable, at least for me. ... show more
