This product was purchased for my three shepherds in the case of inclement weather conditions so that they can do their business without getting wet. The structure is decent for the price. It is strong enough and the size is good enough as well. About 10 months after the purchase the rubber straps hold the tarp started to wear out, stretch out, and on one rainy windy day, most of them broke and fell on the ground. The tarp was blown away and I almost lost it. I emailed the customer service with the picture to see if the damaged items are covered by the warranty since this happened within one year of purchase, but there is no response. Or I was hoping that they’d respond back to me with the product purchase information etc. So right now I am not able to use the kennel as I wanted without the tarp. ... show more

After this review was posted, the maker contacted me and gave me a $100 refund on my purchase. They also said they will include aluminum wire ties on future kits. The plastic zip ties will not pull the wire mesh tight so an animal cannot pull or junp against the wire mesh and further loosen the wire mesh. I purchased 6" long aluminum wire ties and the wire meshed pulled nice and tight; although i did have to use a wire tie on every end of the wire mesh to get the tightness needed to make a good enclosure. This change in component should be a major improvement. So if you get one of these kits with the plastic zip ties you will need to buy metal wire ties to be able to pull the wire mesh taut. I had to use a pack of 100 aluminum ties to get the desired result. I also told them that the small rubber caps which are included in the kit to cover the ends of the wire mesh must be glued on in order to stay in place. These rubber caps are crucial to prevent cutting one's skin if the naked wire ends are contacted. I used Gorilla glue to keep the caps on the wire mesh ends.... ORIGINAL REVIEW - The wire is very soft and flimsy and plastic zip ties are used to attach mesh wire to frame. I have a dog that weighs about 29lbs. She easily tears the zip ties and bends the wire mess stretching it out of shape and escapes through the holes she is able to create. Predrilled assembly holes are too large for the bolts and the up-right posts allow the posts to twist in the frame where the gate is located. When the posts twist the gate latch will come free from pen frame and the gate will open. Overall a cheaply made pen and not suitable to hold an energetic dog. Waste of money. ... show more

Liked the kennel once we figured it needed all zip ties! My dog escaped several times. EVERY INCH MUST BE ZIP TIED from top to bottom.

This is a good value. My dogs are happy inside. The metal zip ties are hard to install and the zip tie tails are not easily cut. The “roof” is smaller than pictured but the material is decent quality. It takes two people to put it together and takes around 3 hours. The tubing sent to cover the ends of the mesh only covers half the product. It needs twice as much tubing. I still think it is durable. ... show more

I mean what do you really expect from Amazon these. Nothing of excellent quality. We knew this going in and we do not have big dogs so we figured it would do just fine. So, we are right - it does perfect for our small dogs, no complaints there. I will say the metal is cheap and the silver comes off on your hands when putting it together. The fence is flimsy but if you pull it tight and secure it with the metal fence wire like a normal fence it does well. It came with a bunch of zip ties as you can see in the picture. We have since removed them and bought the metal fence ties The top is a black tarp, we plan to change that out as black attracts sun and is horrible here in the summer. It comes with bungees to secure it down which isn’t all that bad. If you leave it in direct sun the way it comes eventually the sun will eat the bungees and the zip ties. Over all it serves its purpose and works good for our little dogs. The kennel is about 7ft by 7ft with probably 4ft walls. It holds our 3 frenchies for now until we fence our yard. ... show more

This is not a standard chain link fencing poles are smaller then normal the fencing is not the roll its netting wire up must pull apart very challenging. Mine came with missing parts an bent poles at the ends . I highly recommend not buying this fencing go to you're local hardware store.only gave 4 stars so this review will show up. ... show more

I'm shocked to discover how extremely dangerous this assembly turned out. Metal ties (after cutting excess) and tops and bottoms of fencing all present razor-sharp metal edges. I would not recommend this purchase! I would love to return; however, it would be too difficult to disassemble and package it back. ... show more

The height is not to top of the fence it is the top of the sun shade. I thought it was going to be a six foot fence with a sun shade over it. Getting in it to scoop poop is going to be a limbo contest
