The dog bed is 40" Length X 35" Width X 4" Height with 3 dimension gusset style. It's excellent for large dog or multiple small dogs. It can support to 90+ lbs It's secured by 2 layers of covers: waterproof internal liner and durable external zipper cover. Both are machine washable and dry-able. It's best to relieve the pain of arthritis, joint and hip dysplasia. Specially designed L shape wrap around zipper cover and liner are open two sides. It makes maintenance very easy. Unlike other low cost multi-layer partial memory foam products from other brands, we do not cut corner and only use premium orthopedic grade single layer memory foam which are sold in high end therapeutic mattress stores to promote better sleep, healthy joint and long lasting. Our high density memory foam is five times denser than regular foams. It will not flatten overtime and provide many years of comfort & support under normal use. I bought this for my 8 years old Yorkie with arthritis in his back. I was drawn to this bed because it's a single piece 4" memory foam. I bought two egg crate foam beds in the past. they're cheap but not worth it in the long run. They were too soft and became flat in just a few months. I decided to try a more expensive one finally. It arrived very quick. My first impression were mixed. It looks like a nice bed, nice and solid memory foam with accurate dimensions. but my dog seems not impressed at first. I'll break everything down Packaging: it came in a very small box, but the bed did go to its claimed size in half a day. so it was not an issue. Memory foam: this is the best part. it looks very solid, not too soft, not too firm. when I put my hand on it and push hard, I can feel it much firmer than regular foam, and yet slowly recover to the original shape. It's totally different feel with egg crate foam. Zipper cover: nice and soft denim cover, the zipper looks solid, it goes around two sides. so it's very easy to remove and throw in washing machine. there's a waterproof liner under the cover. my dog hasn't had an accident for quite a while. so it's still to be tested. The smell: There're some smells initially, it did go away after I air it out. He started to play with it after the first day. He lays on it whenever not playing now, sleeps like a puppy on it:) Overall, it's a very good investment for my dog. ... show more

I love these dog beds! (I have three.) They fit my dogs’ PetCrate kennels perfectly AND they’re thick (supportive) yet soft for my dogs AND easy to clean. I simply zip off the cover and throw it in the washer/dryer then zip it back on, no waiting hours for lumpy fill to dry. Because the actual memory foam bed is covered in vinyl, odors don’t sink into the material to hang around forever. The canvas cover has held up well to my dogs scratching rather aggressively at it. I haven’t tried the softer covers yet, but they seem to be well made, too. The cost is also very reasonable for such a great bed. I don’t anticipate needing to replace these any time soon but I wouldn’t hesitate at all to buy another one. ... show more

I bought two (2) of these beds with the hopes that the older of my 3 dogs would have a comfortable place to rest his weary bones. He gravitated to the bed immediately and spends a great deal of time resting there. Although these are more expensive than beds purchased in the past - they are WELL WORTH THE MONEY. I am so pleased with the quality and comfort of this product. I've not yet washed the covers but don't anticipate any problems as they are of good quality. One of the owners of this company took the time out to send me a message checking on my satisfaction with the product . For me, this speaks volumes about the quality and commitment of this company to ensure their customers are taken care of.     • Nice bed, but not waterproof

This is a very nice bed, but it isn't waterproof. Since the waterproof lining is one of the main reasons I chose this bed over it's competitors, I have to take off a star. Pros: Nice thick single piece of foam, excellent range of sizes, easy to put on and take off covers due to the L shape opening, two outside covers so you can always have one clean, excellent customer service (they responded quickly and sent new foam and extra liners when the original liner allowed the foam to get wet & stained). Cons: The liner is not waterproof. My pet had an accident and both liquid and odor leaked through the liner and stained the foam. As mentioned above they sent replacement foam and two new liners for 'double bagging' the foam right away, but the liner is not waterproof as claimed. If it were waterproof, then this would be a 5 star bed. ... show more

I ordered two and they just arrived and they are really nice beds. I have been to 5 stores and countless websites becauseI was looking for something I could put in my dogs' crates and one of my dogs is terrified by beds that are too high so the very high/thick beds were out. On the other hand I was struggling to find someone not quite so high that was not flimsy and actually had support. This bed is made of very good memory foam, just the right thickness. The covers and waterproof protectors are very nice and the extra covers are a nice bonus seeing how most of the beds at this price price have lower quality support. Pleasantly surprised! Ordered XL for my 95 pound, long legged dog and he has plenty of room to stretch out on it. Not made with the cheap memory foam so that is why I only marked one for softness. I didn’t want softness, but rather support for my aging dog who has hip issues. This product is great for that! Came with the easy to apply waterproof liner and two heavy duty coverings. One side has like a non slip material which is great! Highly recommend! **I wanted to add to my review, that my dogs hip issues seem to be sooo much better since he has been sleeping on this bed! Was very happy with the product I got for the price I paid. I have always bought the cheap dog beds because my dogs prefer an old pillow more than anything. But my 15 year old 9 pound Yorkie is getting stiffer and stiffer in the mornings. He will fall asleep on this some nights, but then switch to his old pillow at some point. Vice versa on other nights. Having three covers is super awesome - one protective and two regular covers. Max's skin tends to get a little stinky, especially in the summer, so it's a nice addition. ... show more
