First I love this! Very long hose and works great for me! Like how it has the on/off switch so I can stop the water when I need without adjusting the hot/cold valves and messing with water temp. Suction cup works good and even works alright when I take a shower (not ideal). My dog seems to enjoy it and is not uncomfortable, fighting or anything. The finger handle helps a lot too! Looks good and compliments the shower nicely (doesn’t stick out too bad). Total game changer for me! To be up front, I normally take my dog to get a bath once a month at a cost of $60 because of the difficulty of it and the mess. This is a game changer! Now I can do it in the shower and rinse the mess away! 3 things I don’t like are … 1. The diverted valve has a short screw connection for attaching your current shower head. This caused a leak and didn’t screw on enough even with the included washers. Probably not an issue for everyone but it did require me to get a new shower head with a different screw on style (more threads less of a lip before the screw threads). 2. The pet shower head has some slight dripping (not flowing right out of some holes and drips down). Mostly not an issue because I turn it off when not in use on my dog. 3. The pet Showerhead sells or switch doesn’t work great. Basically it has 3 positions (off, heavy spray with light spray, and heavy spray). Maybe due to my water pressure it wants to be on heavy or off. When I turn the water off, it is easy to select the lighter one. And with my pressure, the heavy is way too much. If I use 2 thumbs and try really hard, I can get the lighter selection. Annoying but not a deal breaker. As a whole, I’d buy this 10 times over again! So helpful I can’t even explain it all without you using it. Hope this helps you if you are on the edge of getting it like I was for a while.

This product is EXACTLY what I was looking for! My house came with the stationary shower head which I LOVE but since the shower is so large it was hard for me to clean it with ease. I really did not want to replace the main shower head so then I came across this contraption! LIFE SAVER! I can now easily clean my shower after every use, I can also clean/rinse myself better as well! (Big girl problems 🙄), as well as its so much easier with the dog showers!!! SO here are the things that I was able to do to fix all of negative review problems: - Leaking: the product comes with 2 extra rubber washers that you can play around and try making a better fit for your plumbing. I didn't have to use them however. All I had to use was just a little bit of plumbers tape and all the leaking stopped! - The suction cup that holds the shower head falls to easily and therefore breaks the shower head when it hits the floor: This product comes with a clamp suction cup and REQUIRES the shower wall to be smooth and flat. All I had to do was add just a tiny dab of Vaseline and it works great! I've had it hanging for over a month with daily use of taking it on and off of the hook and not 1 single fall! Not even a budge of slippage! - Pressure: Now I may not have any solution for this, I bought a newly built house in 2021 and I'm not sure if I have good pressure because of that or what but I am able to use both shower heads and have this product spraying my back (which feels GREAT)! The shower head itself is amazing and has great water pressure! However, the suction holder does not suction to the wall. It fell off 3 times and I gave up. Get the adhesive one.

Yes you heard that right!!!! This product is a dog groomer dream come true. Every dog owner should buy one. At first I liked the idea of saving some money by putting in the time to scrub all the dirt, grime, dander not to mention the occasional flea and other bugs. And considering how every time I give Fido a bath he just idea 100%. So whilethis really easy to use perfect in ever a y way shower nozzle required yo rinse for free n convert h) I you unit rince some horrible smelling dog shampoo and holding him still as he attempts to remove my hands from my body with his sharp little teeth. And being soaked and smelling like dog forget days has changed my perspective and although thus product is truly perfect in very way but the best thing about this product is the realization that dog grooms hold a special place in our society. It’s a shame that this well made quality product will only get used when it’s my wife’s turn to give Fido a bath.

I've had two of these. First one was spraying water out the side where the two halves of the head screw together by the second use. I gave it a chance by asking to replace for a new one. Well, I'm now 32 days since I requested replacement (hence my return window is now closed) and it busted again. 3rd use and it's dead. The long hose is very useful, but do yourself a favor and just buy a long hose and get a better quality head elsewhere.

This pet shower system works but we cannot get it to stop leaking where it attaches to our shower arm. The attachments are plastic so you can't tighten them very tight or they will crack. It is still usable but it leaks. I really like the idea of having an attachment that suctions onto the wall to hold the hose head when you are not using it. However, it will not stay suctioned to the wall more than about 30 seconds so it is useless. Also the button on top of the shower wand that lets you choose the type of water spray, does not adjust easily. It is hard to get it onto the middle water spray. It wants to snap to the last type of spray or to the first choice. I do love the hose length though!! Overall,I would not recommend this pet shower spray to anyone.
