We absolutely love this tub! There are cheaper alternatives out there on Amazon, but I'd read reviews about those rusting or having sharp edges. So far, this tub hasn't had any of those issues. It's beautifully designed, and sooooo easy to bathe your dog or just wash his feet off! We installed in our garage and since then, we no longer care if our dog gets dirty because it's so easy to give him a quick spray off. He doesn't mind it at all now. The sprayer works really well, nice warm water, and it's very large so no problem having a big dog in it. Our friends visit for puppy play dates and use the tub too and they all love it. The drain system is really nice as it has two protectors against hair getting in the plumbing pipes. Their customer service is great - I had such good communication about the order, and it was delivered quickly. Couldn't be more pleased - worth every penny!

We have been using this for about 4months now, we breed dogs and have large and small breeds. We used to always use our bathtub and this is so much better! The versatility of being able to adjust the grates is really nice also. The dog no longer is standing in its own water and you can stand to bathe with is much more comfortable for your back. This is very nice and well built. We have had no issues with it at all so far. I’m going to assume costumer service is good, they called me and asked if I had received the tin and how I was liking it. Hopefully it will continue to be a great unit and there will be no need for me to find out how good their service is:)

I really like the hinged door versus the sliding door. No idea how well the sliding doors seal in the water but the hinged door doesn't link. I pulled it through the basement and put it together by myself but it is bulky and heavy but I was excited and couldn't wait for help. I am washing two standard poodles and it is tall enough to keep water from spraying out. I am a little taller so I but bricks under the legs to make it taller. I feel like the water faucet and sprayer are good and they were easy to install. So far so good. If I get mad at it I will come back and change my review.

The tub itself is great. The pallet/crating was fantastic as well. Unfortunately the positives end there. The faucet, lines and drain are all extremely low in quality. The threads on the drain are so rounded that they wouldn't accept a standard nut. One of the supply lines was constructed so shoddily that it wouldn't hold pressure. Both of the connections at the faucet leaked. After replacing the supply lines, faucet and sealing the drain she is good to go. Great tub. Horrible faucet, lines and drain. I have contacted their customer service and will update if they make it right. Thus far, it doesn't look good. I emailed them with my problem, along with my phone number, then they replied saying please provide your phone number. smdh. EDIT: These guys are great. Andrew, their manager, called me personally to fix everything. They did and I couldn't be happier. Defects do happen, and when it happened in this case they bent over backward to fix it. I would not hesitate to buy anything from these guys again. Thanks again!!

Pattern Name: 50" Left Door / Right Drain
The first time we used it we had a small pinhole leak near where the door was welded on. Not from the door itself which can leak if someone hits it directly with the sprayer (which is normal) but from further underneath. I believe that it comes from where the top half meets the tub. There is a rubber seal that connects the two but we might have a problem with the corner. I'm not sure. It's an easy fix. The metal ramp could use some design improvements, a large dog can push it back instead of being led up it. That is if they are slightly nervous, which most are. A design improvement might be to add a position detent that provides some resistance to being pushed back. I plan to modify ours so that it does this. This is also where having a ramp may not be as good as steps. The metal ramp on ours does not tuck away under the tub unless we lift it up because it is wider than the rails it's meant to guide on by about 1/8 of an inch. The rails are welded in so I can't adjust them so this is a small manufacturing error. Other tubs that work much the same way cost $1100 but the major difference will be the comfort working in this tub. The corners are thick and rounded. The tub is deep and the bottom surfaces are adjustable. The sprayer is incredibly nice and easy to use. If you like things that look nice and are comfortable to work on, this is a great tub for you. Customer service will not let you give them a bad review. They will hunt you down, find out what the problem is and make it right as best as they can. I was quite impressed with them. Overall, this is a great product that needs some revision to be worth what they charge for it. Many competitors charge less and make a comparable product so Flying Pig needs to step up their game just a bit.

Very sturdy tub, makes back pain all but go away, I don't use the plumbing that came with because I was fortunate to be able to get a renovation done in the bathroom I use for grooming so I can't comment on the plumbing. But the tub itself is 10/10 quality.

Even though I set this wash station up this last summer, I have not yet completed the water hookup to the unit, but, I have used it with my garden hose hooked up to my utility sink. I have a German Shepherd and a Dutch Shepherd both working dogs who train and play hard. This tub has made grooming them a breeze and has saved my back from undue strain bent over my bathroom tub. Iso purchased the pet dryer. This combination guarantees my dogs are the best "dressed" in the neighborhood. I was delivered in great shape. no dents, nicks or scratches and assembly went well (even though my husband did it, i had no involvement).
