The media could not be loaded. UPDATED REVIEW: Best thing ever! Currently still using the temporary drain hose (I'll update it eventually). Such a back saver!! Very sturdy, easy to clean and as you can see in my video, my shepherds love it!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Trucking company delivered at the edge of driveway because tractor trailer was too big. My husband brought it in with our tractor, I assembled it by myself. Packaging was great, instructions were easy, took me 2 hours only because small screws/washers/nuts have to be placed in small crevices and that took some time, but still easy. I have small, thin hands (maybe not so much if your hands are bigger). Love the sturdiness, seems to be quality craftsmanship. There's a note that states the drain hose is for temporary use only and not to code, so I still have to purchase a stainless steel drain pipe. Not hooked up yet because we're putting it where a clawfoot tub currently is. Once we move the clawfoot tub and connect the dog tub, I'll update my review. But so far, so good!

We absolutely love this tub! There are cheaper alternatives out there on Amazon, but I'd read reviews about those rusting or having sharp edges. So far, this tub hasn't had any of those issues. It's beautifully designed, and sooooo easy to bathe your dog or just wash his feet off! We installed in our garage and since then, we no longer care if our dog gets dirty because it's so easy to give him a quick spray off. He doesn't mind it at all now. The sprayer works really well, nice warm water, and it's very large so no problem having a big dog in it. Our friends visit for puppy play dates and use the tub too and they all love it. The drain system is really nice as it has two protectors against hair getting in the plumbing pipes. Their customer service is great - I had such good communication about the order, and it was delivered quickly. Couldn't be more pleased - worth every penny!

I was a little worried ordering something like this online but wow it is really excellent. Super sturdy. Seems professional grade. The faucets are excellent. We have had it about a year now and use it often. We had a plumber hook up the plumbing part so I can't say whether that was easy but I know the plumber had no issues. It came packed in a wooden crate extremely well. There is no rusting, it's pretty easy to clean. You just take out the grates and scrub the bottom. We are really happy with it and would highly recommend. If you live somewhere where your doggos get messy a lot this is worth every penny. No more freezing outside trying to hose them down or carrying them through the house to get to the tub. :)

The Flying Pig sink is very well made. After decades of dogs in the bathtub, we decided to put the Flying Pig in our laundry. It also serves as a laundry room sink when dogs are not in it. The good and the bad: It is extremely well made. No leaks. The shelves are super convenient. Washing and drying dogs = A+. The drain plumbing is a bit tricky. We had to get the plumber to create a p-trap that worked. The drain filter/guard is plastic, and would be better as SS. The water nozzle has to be held open, with no option to leave it running hands free. All those issues are small and fixable, but it may be better to at least have the option for better tools. The FP dryer is also great. Overall, I'd recommend this sink without question for dog washing (and doing double duty in the laundry).

Pattern Name: 50" Left Door/Right Drain
The first time we used it we had a small pinhole leak near where the door was welded on. Not from the door itself which can leak if someone hits it directly with the sprayer (which is normal) but from further underneath. I believe that it comes from where the top half meets the tub. There is a rubber seal that connects the two but we might have a problem with the corner. I'm not sure. It's an easy fix. The metal ramp could use some design improvements, a large dog can push it back instead of being led up it. That is if they are slightly nervous, which most are. A design improvement might be to add a position detent that provides some resistance to being pushed back. I plan to modify ours so that it does this. This is also where having a ramp may not be as good as steps. The metal ramp on ours does not tuck away under the tub unless we lift it up because it is wider than the rails it's meant to guide on by about 1/8 of an inch. The rails are welded in so I can't adjust them so this is a small manufacturing error. Other tubs that work much the same way cost $1100 but the major difference will be the comfort working in this tub. The corners are thick and rounded. The tub is deep and the bottom surfaces are adjustable. The sprayer is incredibly nice and easy to use. If you like things that look nice and are comfortable to work on, this is a great tub for you. Customer service will not let you give them a bad review. They will hunt you down, find out what the problem is and make it right as best as they can. I was quite impressed with them. Overall, this is a great product that needs some revision to be worth what they charge for it. Many competitors charge less and make a comparable product so Flying Pig needs to step up their game just a bit.

Even though I set this wash station up this last summer, I have not yet completed the water hookup to the unit, but, I have used it with my garden hose hooked up to my utility sink. I have a German Shepherd and a Dutch Shepherd both working dogs who train and play hard. This tub has made grooming them a breeze and has saved my back from undue strain bent over my bathroom tub. Iso purchased the pet dryer. This combination guarantees my dogs are the best "dressed" in the neighborhood. I was delivered in great shape. no dents, nicks or scratches and assembly went well (even though my husband did it, i had no involvement).
