I'm very happy with the purchase. I've previously had a mobile grooming van and now work from my home. I bought both the dog wash station and grooming table from Polimo and have been really happy with both. The wash station/tub has a right-side ramp and built-in dryer, which makes bathing (and drying) dogs so much easier. No need for a separate dryer. It’s wider and deeper than most tubs, and that extra space is a big plus. I have two large dogs (a Great Pyrenees and a Bernese Mountain Dog) and they fit in the tub with ease. Everything is solid and well made, and assembly was pretty straightforward. I did use a handyman who connected the plumbing. I also got their blue grooming table, which is sturdy and easy to work on. Customer service was great too. I was really surprised when they called me to follow up after delivery to make sure everything was okay. Overall, a very good experience and quality equipment.

The media could not be loaded. BUY IT NOW! DONT WAIT! BEST TUB ON THE MARKET! Long review but worth it! Video also included! I did a lot of research before I made this purchase! This tub is talented and the quality is like no other! I had purchased an electric tub by a top competitor and the motor went out after less than a year! I refused to purchase another electric tub after that! You don’t need an electric tub when you have a multi level grate system like this one! My back doesn’t hurt at all when using this tub. The different levels for the grates provided are perfect. Then comes the sink option that you can put to the left, right or center it’s perfect for filling shampoo bottles or filling up your mop bucket when you have to mop your shop. Oh and the XL storage drawer below is HUGE and perfect for towels or all your shampoo gallons. There is also a shelf up top for gallon bottles. Then comes the talent. The built in blow dryer that has super power and shockingly not that loud like my other blow dryers with that power oh and this blow dryer also has heat option. It’s so convenient to wash, towel dry and then grab the blow dryer hose and blow dry the dog all in one spot. The LED lighting is a plus and helps so much. Then their is the door ramp so sturdy and perfect for dogs with joint issues. No more lifting, the dog walks right up and down the ramp with ease. I had to lift dogs into the electric tub often, but not with this tub and it lifts locks and turns into the door how cool is that? They put so much thought into this tub. It’s eye catching too, my groom shop is one big room and my clients always comment on how nice and large the tub is. Now comes one of the best parts the price it’s half the price of the top competitors and has WAY more to offer than they do! This is the only tub offered on the market with a built in blow drying system! How awesome is that?! The fact the price is lower than theirs is amazing! Then comes the customer service! You know you got something special when there is both quality and great customer service! No automated stuff just one on one hassle free help if needed! Such kind people also. Hard to find now a days! Get yours while you can before they sell out! Best purchase I made for my shop by far! Thank you Polimo for the quality product and great customer service! The media could not be loaded. The Polimo dog bathing station arrived in excellent condition—very well packaged and secure. I was impressed right from the start. While the instructions could be more detailed, I did run into a setup issue. I contacted customer service, and they were outstanding. Within five minutes, they responded, asked for a photo of my setup, quickly identified what I had done incorrectly, and guided me through fixing it. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were a huge plus. Once everything was set up, I used the bathing station for the first time and was extremely satisfied. As shown in the photo, I was able to bathe all three of my dogs comfortably and securely. One of the standout features is the adjustable height, which allows you to set the station at the perfect level for your dog—no more bending over, which is a game changer. The water flow is smooth and well-controlled, making bathing easy and efficient. I also love the large bottom drawer—it’s very spacious and easy to clean. Another great touch is the LED lighting and the glass panel that lets you see the water flowing—it’s surprisingly satisfying and gives the unit a premium, modern feel. I previously bought a pressure dog wash nozzle from Amazon to foam soap and spray their fur, I was able to attach that to one of the hoses which made the bathing process even easier, as shown in the video. The built-in dryer is top-tier. It offers seven airflow levels and adjustable heat settings from level one through seven, giving you full control and making drying fast and comfortable for the dogs. Overall, this bathing station is one of a kind on the market. It makes life significantly easier, saves your back, and delivers excellent performance. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking to simplify dog bathing at home.

I would give this a six star rating if it was available, but it only received a four star because the instructions and the video that they provide to put this system together is dismal at best. The dog wash station is fantastic in all respects other than assembly. They don’t describe the parts that are required to put it together, but once it is together, it works very well. If I had a new one to put together, I would document every piece with a video from unboxing to final assembly and usage. The only other knit I have is on the dimensions with regards to the blow dryer. I was unaware that the outlet hose reversed sides with a change in the position of the entry door. I did not have clearance on the right hand side for the hose and had to make adjustments in my other cabinetry. Did I forget to mention the unit works extremely well otherwise and the shipping container is the best I have ever seen at protecting the items inside.
