I am in love! This has been the BEST purchase I have made for my dogs. Considering what I spent versus cost of having two large dogs bathed (even bathing them myself at self wash stations) I think the dog wash station will more than pay for itself in the long run. Quality wise it is excellent. Delivery was great. The guys put the box right where I wanted in my garage. Very spacious for my 86 lb german shepherd. Very sturdy for keeping them in place as you bath them and comes with multiple little hook tethers for either attaching to their collar or around their neck. The ramp is a little steep but not too terrible and the grips on it are nice. I love the spray nozzle for easy reach bathing. It also comes with a drain hair catch which is phenomenal and an elevated stand for bathing shorter or smaller dogs so you don't kill your back. Lots of small accessories were nice. You can even attach the soap dispenser to a larger jug on the floor so you don't have to constantly refill. Only thing I would say is that since we put mine in the garage we had to buy a longer piece of drain hose to run it from the front of the garage outside. So just know you may have to get extra drainage hose dependent on where you are placing it. Also you may have to caulk around the back lip if you have dogs that like to shake (messy bathers that get water everywhere) as you can have a little leakage there. Still it isn't a lot of water and the clean up is super easy. They even give you a squeegee to make the job easier. I bought an inexpensive heated dog blow dryer for about $60 to go next to the bath and it is the best set up ever.

My only items that I wish where better… 1. The spot where the ramp goes into the wall isn’t protected well. I end up hurting my stomach when leaning over the side. 2. There isn’t “feet” on both of the floor grates. So they sit unevenly. My dogs are labs so they need the grates on the floor of the tub. Also, 1 of the grates is holding water. I can’t find how in order to make sure it’s drained and then plug the hole. Do I need a replacement? 3. The leads that come with it are VERY short. I can’t even use them for my dogs. Now…I LOVE having the bath! My 2 labs get muddy and dirty all the time! It’s super easy to have them go in to rinse their feet even. It’s a game changer for us on 6acres.

Bought this dog washing station for my kennel about 6 weeks. I really liked how it is set up and functionality. Then after about a month of use the bottom of the sink began to rust. Stainless steel? It must be the lowest grade of SS made. We only washed one dog in it and mostly use just to fill water bowls. Im sure it will need to be replaced within the year. DO NOTBRECOMMEND.

The media could not be loaded. Over all this slightly more than meets expectations as a Chinese brand and relatively low price point. The over all stainless steel tub and stand look well made, well packaged and it arrived safely. Side seams are secondarily sealed on the inside with some kind of sealant (?silicone?) which seems unnecessary if the welds are watertight. Well, the assembly is straightforward, there are several little gotcha moments that are not addressed in the instructions. In fact, the instructions are nothing more than a series of low resolution pictographs. In particular, the faucet assembly was a little challenging. Likewise, the drain system leaves something to be desired as it is a flexible hose drainage as though you were going to just let it drain into a floor drain. That said the trap supplied is very handy, it has a clear bowl so you’ll be able to see when it has debris in it and needs cleaning. In particular, my photographs address the door system, the listing is really kind of sketchy on that. In particular I am interested in whether this will hold water beyond the depth of the door threshold, since it is my intention to use this tub for cleaning of my scuba gear. The seal between the door frame and the door itself is a nice compression seal and I have tested it to a depth of about 5” and it seems to hold water to that depth at least, even at the doorway. One defect, the “feet” suppliedthat are designed to elevate one of the two plastic panels on the floor of the tub were at the wrong length. Only an issue if you are short, and you have a small dog, in which case you probably won’t be buying this really big tub. One star deducted because of the meager assembly instructions. On the plus side I guess they are in effect multilingual!

There is a flaw in the design. The plug to drain the bathtub is in the middle which is fine, but the plastic floor the dog stands or sits on is on top of half the plug so you can't take the plug off to drain the tub. If you lower the ramp, to let the dog out, the water comes out. So you can wash your dog like a shower with the plug out and the water draining but you can't use it like a bathtub with water sitting in the tub with the dog in the tub.
