I like the mesh part but the rods are a joke. One of my cats jumped on it and broke the plastic conector that holds the rods together. It was broke within 4 hours of me putting it up. Not happy how cheep the rods are and that plastic contctors where used. I had to build a sturdy frame to hold it up and keep it from colapsing. So not only did I pay $60.00 bucks for your crappy product, I had to pay $45.00 bucks more just to fix the problem with this poor designed product. Totaly unsatisfied loyal customer.😡

Edit: The seller did offer me a refund and asked if I'd post pictures of issues. You'll see where it is curved and won't shape, if our dog moves it will fold at that side. Also after only a few days of having it the zipper broke and I had to sew that side shut. We finally decided to just ordered a more sturdy wooded, foldable end table type crate. We are done with these mesh playpen. I stand by my original review despite the refund. This is not a very sturdy playpen , this is best for temporary usage. This thing is not very sturdy, it is quite flimsy for the price . The lining on top and bottom would nope shape correctly so it is slightly curved on each end . There should have been metal rod inserts to put on top and bottom along with the side. It has way more mesh around it then what it looked like in the photo. This might be ok for like temporary use as a back up, but I don't not forsee this lasting long at all! I usually purchase another brand but when the front zipper on that kept messing up I decided to try another . And buying this is definitely a waste of money.

Hard to put back in pouch. Pet stands onthe side it collapse easily. It us light weight. I would not trust it to keep a pet safe ifvtraveling. Sturdy it is not! And I tried 2 kittens in it. It is pretty. I returned it.

I bought this (large size) for a new kitten that needed to be separated from the other household animals until she got older. It's easy to set up, easy to clean with whatever brand of wet wipes you use. And there is plenty of space for pet bed, litter box and food dishes, with room to play. It is not sturdy enough to have anything setting on top of it. Be careful nothing falls on it. I will cave in. The kitten actually jumped on top of it and it caved in all the way down to the floor. Very important to avoid a crushing injury there. Folding it back up was an absolute joke. There is a video showing two methods to fold it. I couldn't follow either one. I did manage to shove it back into the tote bag it came with but it's not folded properly.

I bought 3 of these pet playpens for my 3 kittens i rescued from the shelter: 1 small and 2 large, and ALL 3 had the same exact problem with the support poles. The small pieces that connect the poles together either snapped or bent making the playpens unstable, unsafe, and unusable. The playpens just keep collapsing. I tried to tape them back together because it is past the Refund window. I contacted the company about this problem, but they were only going to replace 1 of the playpens leaving me with no resolution for the other 2 that I purchased. They even told me how they're losing money, but didn't seem to even care about how I, their customer, lost money buying these playpens AND my kittens are unsafe in their product. Mind you, it hasn't even been a year and this is supposed to be able to contain AN ANIMAL! I didn't even have the kittens in them all the time. The playpens served as a place to eat, dry off after a bath, and recover after being spayed and neutered. Also, the mesh pockets that you slide the support poles into ripped when the poles bent or snapped, so now the poles pop out of the torn mesh pockets which could poke and hurt my kittens. 💥VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER .

Purchased this for our elderly 8 pound dog who does not like to be left alone. He loves it! He even sleeps in it when we're home! Very lightweight and easy to move and pick up unlike heavy metal crates Just sorry I did'nt buy it sooner.
