First please note. I only use these as food bowls as I have four dogs and have separate stainless steel paired water bowls for them. With that being said. I originally bought these bowls four years ago. They've changed since then and for the better. They are very sturdy and easy to keep clean. My dogs don't push them around when they eat. The bowls themselves hold a lot of food. The stainless steel bowls come out for easy cleaning, which is awesome because my one girl needs prescription wet food. The base is easy to wipe down or wash. The older style as seen in photo has more grooves I guess you can say than the newer version in which I'm about to upgrade to. Over four years and only one has managed to slightly chip. Yes. It happens. They are resin. Stuff happens. But the company is amazing. One of my bowls showed up originally broken and they immediately sent out a replacement. Stuff happens during shipping that no one can control. They've also since made the packaging much better too!! The new heights work better for me and my dogs as well as before there were several options to choose from. Regardless. These bowls are amazing. They are unique and stand out for the better. Instead of appearing like a sore eye of just random sore eye dog bowls laying around. I personally highly recommend them.

I have researched for heightened water and food stands for our two Border Collies, and these are perfect. They are an excellent height for both 20-month-old pups to eat and drink from and they are esthetically pleasing. Although they do not need mats to stabilize and prevent slippage, I have ordered ones to enhance their dining experience. :)

Update: the seller contacted me when they read review. Have shipped another bowl that also arrived broken and has sent another. Working with Amazon to figure out where damage is occurring. I suspect the warehouse based on the damage to the product box inside my shipping box. Seller has not asked for an updated review- but has been very customer service oriented and making it right for me. That goes a long way!! Based on the customer service, I would purchase from them again! Not worth the high price tag! Hollow and easily breaks. I was VERY excited about this purchase and originally gave 5 stars. Beautiful design, but not functional. Past return window so I spent $80 on something that only lasted a few months :(

I really like this dog bowl. It blends in great with the decor, and keeps the food off the floor, which was the point. At $76 it's a little pricy for what you get though.

Not sure if this is hand-crafted or machine-made. It feels like it was designed by hand (a good thing). Mine arrived with a couple of dents on the bowl, but I figured if it was due to hand-crafted, that was okay. It's a really pretty deep brown color - almost mahogany deep. Great design. Super sturdy. I love that it fits my western decor. I'm buying the two large ones for my dogs (this one is for my small Shih-Tzu), and I would buy again if I needed to.

These are great but as soon as I saw them in person I had to return them because my Shitzu and Yorkie mix doggies both were too short to drink out of them. The really need about a 3 inch life rather than what appears to be about a 5 inch lift on these. But they are very nice looking and appear well made.
