After dealing with occasional mouse activity in our garage and outdoor storage shed, I decided to try these peppermint-based rodent repellent packs as an alternative to traditional traps. We store all our patio cushions and camping gear in a wooden shed out back. It seems like every spring, it’s a mess of mouse nests. This past Saturday afternoon, I decided to try something different while packing up some winter tools. I scattered about ten of these little tablets along the interior perimeter and near the doors. The ease of use is straightforward, no setting traps or checking for dead rodents. The smell is incredibly potent right out of the wrapper, definitely enough to annoy anything trying to nest in an enclosed space. I don’t know if they work or not yet being I just got them but I was immediately was taken back by the misrepresentation of its size. The picture shows it next to a fresh lemon like it is larger than a lemon and no way! It is a little bigger than a walnut! It is far from looking like a chubby disk like in the picture because of the really “small” size I am really concerned that a child or animal could put it in their mouth & choke on it.. There will be no further purchases of this item and the only place I’m going to place it .. is in the attic where no one goes! Not even the dog & cats etc..
