I purchased these to repel the mice that I can sometimes hear in my attic. Even though I put out all the pouches and my attic is quite small, after 2 months, I haven't noticed any improvement.

This seems to work in confined spaces, but not out in the open. Despite trying a dryer sheet & bar of Irish Spring soap, spiders (many were black widows!) were always getting inside the porch box (for securing delivered packages) until I placed one of these inside it. Haven't seen a single spider in it since. Wish I could say the same for my garage. Spiders like to hang out near the garage man-door, so I put one right beside it, but it hasn't had any effect on the spiders in that location unfortunately. My take on this product is it works under certain conditions in confined spaces. And be warned it has a very strong odor, which I wouldn't want to be around for extended length of time, so using them indoors isn't an option for me. Am keeping them only because it's been effective for the porch box purpose. The length of time each one remains effective will determine if I buy these again.

I was kinda skeptical about using something natural to get rid of rodents in my kitchen but I think it’s working. We noticed some food on our kitchen counter was being nibbled on by a rat or mouse so because our house is on a slab I knew the rodent had to be coming in back of the dishwasher. I found the small hole so I plugged it with steel wool but we could still hear the rat scratching the wood. I bought the scented pouches to see if it would help so I placed one near the place where the rat used to enter from. It’s been three nights now and we haven’t heard anything so I guess they work as advertised. If I hear anything in the future I will update my review.
