Bought 2 and set them up last night. Really easy to assemble. Hardest part is to avoid cutting through the cord as I was cutting off the plastic wrapped around the pieces of the lamp (in other words, set up is easy). When I turned the first lamp on, I wasn't very impressed and thought that it was no brighter than the really cheap 10 year old lamp I already had. Then I used the remote to turn the brightness up by 3 or 4 presses of the button and it was much brighter - I was impressed. Significantly better than the old lamp, as in, no comparison. I have 2 of these now on the same side of a 375 square foot room, probably about 10-15 feet apart from each other. It's kind of funny how much more light I get from these 2 lamps compared to the light from the old floor lamp; I keep turning them on and off and playing with the brightness level haha. That will get old eventually but it's nice to have so much light. I have enough light on the opposite side of the room from a chandelier but if I didn't have the chandelier, I'd want at least one or maybe 2 more of these lamps on the other side as the light doesn't extend all the way to the other side (the room is about 15 feet wide and about 25 feet long). Depending on your needs, maybe one lamp each 25 feet apart would work for you. But anyway, assuming these last, I'm pleased with them. I like the idea of being able to adjust the warmth of the light depending on time of day and my mood - had them a little warmer last night and more like "daylight" light this morning. The controls on the lamp aren't great in terms of ease of use but good enough to get all of the function you get from the remote. And I was able to program one remote to control both of the lamps, which is really nice, although once doing that, the other remote won't work. But I'll keep it in case something goes awry with the current remote. If they break down prematurely, I'll update my review but so far, I'm very happy. ... show more

This is a great lamp! I was hesitant at first because it's a little more modern looking than I'm used to, but it seemed like it would accomplish lighting-wise what I hoped for, and I'll say it has 100% succeeded at that. And, it actually looks great and even better in the room than I expected. Very happy with it. Simple to use, and only took about 1-2 minutes to put the sections of the pole together. The remote makes it super easy to turn the light color or light brightness up or down. You can "click" to go in stages up or down, or press and hold for a smooth transition and stop at the color temperature or light level you're happy with. Working from home, it's been a great addition during the day to add "daylight" color (bluer/whiter shade) to Zoom calls on the darker side of the room, and in the evenings using a warmer color for reading or computer work makes it easy and pleasing on the eyes. Being able to swivel the light and turn it 360° in any direction is very cool. The solid, weighty base feels like the lamp will never be at risk for falling over. So far, I haven't found anything to not like about it. The only thing I wish it had was a smaller brick/plug in, as it's pretty large. ... show more

I moved to a new house and was looking for a new LED floor lamp. This lamp is really great. It was easy to set up and it was worked very well. I put this lamp in the corner of my bedroom and it lights up the whole bedroom. More importantly, I can use its own remote controller to adjust it in any places, especially when I laid on the bed, I do not need to leave the bed to turn it off. Love it!! Really great lamp. Needed to replace my mom's old/cheap Wal-Mart lamp because she was starting to have trouble reaching the switch. And she was unhappy that it only had a bright or low setting. This lamp turned out to be very well made, it has a heavy very sturdy base which was felt lined. And my mom loved the remote functionality and being able to control the brightness settings and color temperature. In fact I liked it so much too that I am going to buy one for myself. Although I might just tape the remote to the pole since I don't want to lose or or mix it up with all my other remotes. I wish the remote was magnetic or the lamp had a holder for it. I saw this lamp style else where before, and thought it was a lamp I'd have if I see it in a store. Someone later referred this lamp to me and I decided to get it a try. It's a good choice and I love the style and how it looks in my living room and bedroom. Simply stylish and it doesn't take up much space like some other floor lamps. In addition, the lamp comes with a remote, so it's easy to adjust the brightness without going all the way to the lamp to do so. The price is decent and reasonable. For some reason the electrical cord from the lamp head to the power adapter was severed in the lamp I first received. I notified the vendor at the Email address given In the user manual.
