I bought these as a Christmas gift for my father and my boyfriend. (due to their names being on it I will not be showing them) I did however get the brown & black bags. - the craftsmanship is outstanding, the size is of the text is readable, the one I got for my boyfriend is smaller in my opinion, compared to the one I chose for my dad. - That being said the sizing on styles will be different. but this in my head is due to making sure the letters are kerned, body height, ascender, and baselined properly. (there are typography terms, and this is a VERY GOOD THING that the company is taking this into account when customizing your bag 😊👍 - the size of the bags are decent and deep in my opinion, considering both my father and boyfriends are men who take their self & body care very seriously and have a female's amount of toiletries. - the leather is of excellent quality as well. I definitely would recommend you get yourself one or for a loved one. Its going to last them a long time, and become a staple for travel & trips. Thanks to the company: My father travels a lot and is always stashing his items randomly. He's in desperate need of a new toiletry bag and when I saw this I knew he would love it. Especially being able to add his name to it as a plus. My boyfriend had expressed that he has never had anything custom to him, but stated that he would love something like this, so upon seeing this I knew he would enjoy this item as well.

First off let me start by saying if you order this, expect to wait. I bought this as a gift for my dad for christmas. I ordered in November and paid extra for the faster shipping to guarantee it would arrive before christmas. Well for starters, the tracking I received at first did not update like it should. Then when the day came for it to arrive, I never seen it. Of course I thought about maybe a delay due to holidays. I waited a couple days and it still did not update for the tracking nor did it arrive. I put in a refund from amazon and had planned on getting something different considering Christmas was a few days away. I contacted The business and they was gonna offer a 10% discount and refund my shipping cost which was gonna be no help if I'm completely honest. Eventually they did say they would refund me and still send another one to replace the one that never arrived. So I did receive the second one the day before Christmas eve and it looked ok. I mean, you are getting what is described. Don't expect a leather bag because it is pleather. really feels kinda cheap which isn't surprising since it is from china. The monogram looked great though. All in all it was just a bag with intials on it. I will probably stick to stuff shipped from the usa instead of overseas but it is what it is.
