It worked great…..until it didn’t. I bought it in Feb 2023 and it completely died on May 22nd . No power. We only used it a few times a week and were always careful about not running it too long. I just spent $25 on frozen fruit too damnit. UPDATE …still works! I was the problem …..it shut off for some reason and when I tried it again later I didn’t put the bottle etc in. So I bought this blender basically because I thought it was the sleekest, cutest, coolest looking personal blender and it did not disappoint! The color looks precisely as advertised, and it’s my favorite color so I’m pleased. It looks amazing on my counter, but it works well too. However, because of its tall and skinny shape, I sometimes have issues blending the fruits at the very top (especially if it is frozen food and I completely stuff the blender full). So I would recommend not filling it to the very top and ensuring there is a good amount of liquid because that helps. It comes with the most adorable silicone ice cube maker, which makes mini cubes and I recommend you use it when blending anything! I love that when I’m done blending, I can just flip it over, swap lids, and go. Absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish personal blender that works great! ... show more

Love this blender! I use it almost every day and it doesn’t disappoint. For the price and size, it really does pack a punch. I did have one incident where the rubber grip broke off of the blade/cap. With their one year warranty, I emailed customer service and was connected with Elena. She responded very quickly and shipped a new blade to me right away. A great experience overall! ... show more

I own a great Vitamix "full size " blender, but I was looking for a well made, individual sized blender to use for my morning smoothies. I spent a good amount of time reviewing options and, in fact, I am in the process of returning (from another company) a very cheaply made, expensive, leaky personal sized blender. The Redmond blender is everything the other inferior one was not. Redmond blends smoothly, is made solidly, has a retro stylish look that I love, and the blender containers (2!) are a great size and are very easy to clean. Will it hold up in time? I'll try to keep this brief. I do a moderate amount of shopping through Amazon. About 6 months ago I bought the Redmond personal blender to use during my time in an Airbnb. The blender worked very well and more than served its purpose. I moved into a new home and lost track of the blender for a short time. When I found the blender there was a problem with the blender leaking. I sent an email asking for help from client service. Based on my experience with various companies, I didn't anticipate getting much assistance. I received a reply asking for proof of my issue. After sending a short video, they explained that the problem had to do with a missing piece and were able to help replace it. What truly impressed me was the level of sincerity and concern. Client service personnel often go out of their way to get rid of you quickly, especially when the product isn't a super expensive item. The service I received, and the kind manner in which it was dispensed, was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. ... show more
