This is a really great product. Modern and fresh esthetic plus very easy installation. I originally received a used product but I think that was an Amazon decision. I requested a replacement, got a brand new product, and all was well. There's a video on YouTube if you'prefer visual instructions but the included written instructions are easy to follow. Packaged well, easy instructions, just hang two brackets and snap it in place. I have concrete around the windows, so found it easier to drill into the window frame and hold the brackets with two screws each. Being that I screwed into basically 1/16" steel, the bracket screws did not tighten, but have a good sheer load (downward), and the blind and frame are not very heavy anyway, maybe 5 lbs. I like how they look, the amount of light they block, and ease of operation. Slight fraying on the fabric edges loses a star, or should.

We absolutely LOVE these blinds. They are gorgeous. The chain moves smoothly and they are surprising good with blocking out light (we sleep during the day). Instead of spending time measuring for the brackets we made it easy & fast by taping a spacer to the back of the bracket and then marking the wall so that every bracket is exactly the same depth. Easy & fast! Biggest tip: Take the screws to your hardware store and buy good quality replacements. Then throw the included screws directly into the trash. They are awful and break off in the wall. We have 3 sets installed so far and the screws for every set snapped like cheap twigs. You can also use high quality anchors (like togglers). Overall these are easy & quick to install. After the first one our second & third set went up in minutes. Gorgeous!

I initially had reservations about ordering custom-sized zebra blind roller shades, but my experience turned out to be excellent. We used these to replace our SUPER dated vertical blinds on our sliding glass door. I liked that it is one piece for the entire width of the slider. The product arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The overall value exceeded my expectations, and the installation process was remarkably straightforward. In comparison to installing drapery in another room, these zebra blinds were notably easier, particularly due to the hassle-free connection of the case brackets—there's no need to meticulously align them; they can connect anywhere along the length of the casing. The blinds provide the perfect balance of privacy while still allowing ample natural light to filter through when desired. I am genuinely impressed and delighted with the outcome. I mean, I ordered five more for our windows, so... :)
